Pete was fantastic. He booked me in for some custom ear plug straight away. It took 10 minutes to creat a 3D scan of my ear, so the plugs would fit perfectly. Once they arrived they fitted so comfortably with amazing noise cancelling capability. Which was just what I needed for working on the Euro-fighter typhoon, I can hardly hear the two jet engines running. Would highly recommend for anyone working in a noise environment.

My first time at an audiology clinic after suffering with tinnitus and a blocked right ear. Ear wax removal was so quick and painless. Peter was very personable and professional. Everything explained & great to see the images before and after. So happy to have my hearing back again.

Excellent service from the first appointment onwards. Thoroughly assessed my hearing loss and suggested suitable aids which I was allowed to trial for two weeks -this was particularly helpful as I was able to assess the effectiveness of the aids in different situations. Follow up appointments by phone and then face to face were both promptly scheduled and have left me a very happy chappy now trying to get used to all the new noises I can hear!
I would very happily recommend this service to anyone who is struggling with their hearing problems.

On my visit to Thornbury I was apprehensive but having the test was very enlighing. So much information and lots of care.
On my 2nd visit to have the earpieces fitted, was a revelation. I certainly wasn't expecting that response.

Peter Byrom Audiology was recommended to me by two friends. I have worn hearing aids for a number of years and went to Peter to upgrade and take advantage of the latest technology. My experience was first rate and I highly recommend Peter. The testing, in his nicely appointed clinic, was thorough and he explained everything. He is a very approachable professional and very generous with his time. My new hearing aids have definitely improved my hearing ability. All members of his team are excellent. Sarah in the office is a joy. There was an added bonus for me as Peter improved my IT skills!!
All in all I have to say it was a pleasure meeting Peter.

Peter Byron is a fabulous audiologist and a lovely person. My daughter (4 years old) is always very excited to see Peter and every time she has an appointment she says it’s like a family day out. Peter is very patient lead and plays numerous games with my young daughter to make her experience an enjoyable one. He takes time to explain everything and is very accommodating. Peter Byron really makes us feel welcome and I would highly recommend him. My daughter smiles with excitement when she sees him which when you have to attend a lot of hospital appointments with a 4 year old then a special person like Peter Byron makes it a lot easier. Huge thanks to Peter.

What a seamless and caring service.

My daughter visited the hospital today, and from start to finish the process was extremely efficient. The staff at the hospital were lovely and even the parking was easy, which is often not the case.

Peter was extremely professional and was fantastic with my daughter, explained the procedure in detail and was able to create an air of comfort and instantly installed confidence in both myself and my daughter.

I cannot recommend Mr Byrom enough.
