Probiotic excellent!

What a great service. The order came through so quickly and just in time as I had nearly run out. The probiotic is extremely good and the dogs clean their bowls every time! Very impressed!

Bought a dog bowl set that was not fit…

Bought a dog bowl set that was not fit for purpose (unstable in normal use). Reported the fault within days and requested a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The company refused, repeatedly citing its store policy (unused/unopened only), which does not override UK law for faulty goods. After I pushed back with the legal basis, they stopped responding entirely.

Misleading practices for a so-called “premium” retailer. Buyer beware.

Please note the office as well as warehouse was shuttled during the Christmas holiday.

According to the records, your order was placed on 24th December, and the warehouse returned to work on Monday 29th December. Please be aware our team member are working diligently to address all requests &holiday orders as swiftly as we can.

Your order was dispatched on 30th December with standard delivery service and delivered on 2nd January 2026 as 1st January is New Year holiday. We couldn’t see any delay upon your order in this case.

According to the records we’ve just checked, the order was placed after 12pm on Monday 5th January with standard shipping service option, and our team shipped on 10am 7th January, you shall have received the tracking reference as the same time.

Also the tracking indicates the order had been delivered on 11:39am 10th January.

As you aware, it’s under holiday season still and the shipping frame could be slightly delayed due to a high volume of parcels on the road, however please know that we are working diligently to address all requests as swiftly as we can. and we believed your order was fulfilled within the standard order shipping frame and we regret to hear such feedback.

Really good selection of cat food

Really good selection of cat food. The only things that let this company down are the high postage charges unless you spend quite a lot of money and I find the dispatch times really slow. It takes about a week to get my order which isn't ideal, other pet food companies manage this a lot better.

Perfect harness, but a confusing free gift

I finally ordered the MaxBone Harness I’ve wanted since my toy poodle was a puppy. Now that he’s almost fully grown, I went for it! I’m very happy with the product; it arrived on time and exactly as described.

I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, though, due to the 'free gift' promotion. Even though I ordered a dog product, I received cat food as the gift. It was a bit odd and made me think they just wanted to get rid of extra stock rather than giving a gift that made sense. That said, the harness is perfect, and I will definitely buy from this company again

I second the latest 1 star review

I second the latest 1 star review. What sort of a company won't accept a return on sale dog coats worth 75 pounds with a basic sizing chart to go by only. The good thing for them is that nobody will read their wild T&Cs as it will be hard these days finding a company that doesn't respect basic consumer rights. And this bla comment, 'The note of non returnable policy for sale items are also marked at check out page.' is not true, I just tried another sale purchase just to check and it flags absolutely nowhere, I tried Apple Pay.

A warning not to use this company

A warning not to use this company. I placed an order a couple of months ago & despite my legal right to return the products as they weren’t right & didn’t fit my puppy, they have refused to refund me despite me returning them within 14 days. The owner will now not respond to any of my emails (very professional!). I have now raised this as a dispute via HSBC.

Great experience

BYMiT showed up when I was searching for a specific kind of cat collar. I had never heard of BYMiT before, but they had a product that I could not find elsewhere, and the Trustpilot reviews reassured me. I was not disappointed. The online experience was easy, delivery was quick, and the collar is even nicer than it looked on the website.
