Excellent Service
We had an appt day of delivery, so we rang & arranged a safe place for the delivery to be left. They rang us & gave us their estimated delivery time & said they would leave it in our safe place. The delivery man & the office were both very pleasant & polite. The delivery was left as promised. Overall excellent service.

Really impressed with Byeway Logistics
Really impressed with Byeway Logistics. The item that they were delivering to me had an error on the postcode (not their fault, the fault of the supplier), and they were really helpful in getting it sorted out. Then delivery was arranged - I got a proposed delivery window, clicked to accept. I got a text from the driver when they were about 25 minutes away, they turned up on time and were really helpful in putting the item where I wanted it. Great service, highly recommended.

The storage box is brilliant
The storage box is brilliant , amazing size. It hasn’t rained since I’ve had it, so I don’t know how weather proof it is. JB it has had dew on the top and the cushions inside were perfectly dry.
