BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE
I would strongly caution anyone against ordering from this company based on my experience.
The watch I received was materially different from what was represented online. It was marketed as a men’s watch, yet the watch I received was extremely small and visibly disproportionate. The quality and materials were also far inferior to what was shown in the company’s photos and promotional content. The gold finish on the watch I received has already begun fading and now looks more like rose gold.
Additionally, the brand name “GEDI” is prominently displayed on the watch I received, despite not being shown in the product photography or promotional materials that influenced my purchase. The photos and videos used on social media also do not accurately represent the product that was delivered to me.
I also have serious concerns about the reviews displayed on the company’s website. Based on the discrepancies I experienced between the advertising and the actual product, I question the authenticity and reliability of the reviews presented to customers.
I contacted the company on September 9 to raise these concerns. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have now been waiting 22 days for a resolution. I had to contact them repeatedly after being told I would receive a response, including messages on September 14, September 21, and again today. Being forced to repeatedly chase a company for a resolution is completely unacceptable.
The company has offered to send me another watch, but I have zero interest in receiving another product from a company I no longer trust. I have requested a full refund and am still waiting for anything to be resolved.
For me, this experience has been a combination of misleading product representation, poor product quality, and extremely poor customer service. I would not order from this company again.
