They don’t respond after purchase!!
I ordered the device, and decided I didn’t want it. Their website indicates you can return it if you change your mind. I didn’t open the packaging that contained the mouthpiece, and my request was within the 14 day timeframe. I have received no response at all. Beware!!

Actually the rating should be zero. Awful customer service on top of a stupid product that does not only NOT work but doesn't fit into any size mouth. Please DO NOT order this. Contacting them was totally frustrating and after over 1 month of back and forth they wouldn't do anything to rectify their bad product,

I can't really rate the overall Product other than to say it's definitely not one size fits all. I couldn't get the guard in my mouth to adapt it to my teeth because it was too large.

Snore guard purchase experience
Simple research shows this is the best product for snore reduction, price is fair with discounts, however they try to sell you other products. If the snore device is good, why try to sell the oil or the noise pin or blinders?

The initial order was for 1 item only. The charges were for another 5 items. Not required and not ordered.
However the customer service has been excellent so far although my issue has not been fully resolved I am confident that it will be completed to my satisfaction once I have been provided with return details.

I gave it a try.
When I got your product I had to adjust the mouth guard a couple of times. Once I got comfortable with it, I slept with it several nights. I slept OK, but in the morning my jaw was sore. Then my wife informed me my snoring had returned. That was the whole point of my trying this.
