Misleading and deceptive website
Their advertising is misleading and the website is very aggressive in trying to make you buy additional products.
When I navigated to their website, it had banners showing that it recognised I was from Australia and having Australia mentioned in their marketing banners and notes. It gave the impression that pricing would also be relevant to Australia as there were NO CURRENCY indicators on listed price. I selected the item that I wanted with its advertised price and proceeded through the checkout cart. However in attempting to pay, it forced me to navigate past 4 consecutive pop-ups which tried to add more items to my order. Then in issuing payment, they didn't show a itemised order list until after payment details were provided at which point I discovered that they had charged me for "shipping protection".
So instead of $60 ($50+$10 shipping) in Australian, it ended up being USD$70 as all currencies were USD and they added an extra $10 for shipping protection which I wasn't given an option to decline.
I ended up having to debate with their support team for a day and they relented in refunding the shipping protection. I actually wanted to cancel the order, and I'd contacted them within an hour of placing the order, but they claimed that somehow the order had been packed, labelled and picked up by a courier, despite it being after business hours in America.
Overall, a terrible experience and I would strongly advise anyone to not use them. And the stunt they pulled with the pricing in USD meant it wasn't any cheaper than just buying an equivalent item from a physical store locally.

Good team behind the scenes, despite having issues with the website.
I did have a negative start to my dealings with this company as there was an issue with additional items being added to my order without my consent.... but after a bit of back and forth with the team they were able to refund my credit card for the order, making me feel like I can shop with them in the future and trust that they will make things right.
