Buymie Omdömen 

I am using Buymie the last 3 years. I always get great quality of products. The shoppers pick up the most fresh vegetables and they always check for long expiration dates. The deliveries are always on time and the shoppers are very helpful.

In theory a great service however nearly everytime i order there's an issue ie late, poor replacements, one time a bag of shopping went missing

I have always found this service reliable. Especially this week , when the shopper was my shopping on 23rd December there were 14 items from my list out of stock. Even though it is a very busy time of year the shopper rang me and offered substitutions for every item.

Anna, buyer, is always amazing, recommended to all.
Re the service itself, the app needs ALOT of changes and updates. I can recommend many.
Useful but only if all items bought in Cornelscourt and shopper uses intiative. Handy option to avoid shops if working fulltime etc or with run up to Christmas.

First time user of Buymie and will likely be my last. When placing an order and selecting a specific time my expectation is that it will arrive in this time.

Expected delivery time changed twice. No update or notification, only on the app status. No ability to track position of delivery driver.

Requested call to discuss substitutions, didn't happen and substitutions were made anyway.

Delivery was dumped on doorstep with no contact, was a delivery of alcohol so great service for the under 18s

A lot of room for improvement in my opinion. Could be so good but pity it wasn't a good initial experience.

I would be lost without BuyMie - the very professional service which is very tailored to the individual is fantastic. I find the phone call to me to check a substitution really great as I am assured I will get very fresh top quality products.

This is my first time using the buymie app. I decided to give it a go seeing as I'm a little under the weather and also attempting to get a few assignments finished for college and on top of that I have three kids so time is of the essence. A lot of people I know had been recommending Buymie so I figured I'd give it a try.
I am so unbelievably impressed. I placed my order at 9.30am and my food was delivered to my house by the lovely D before 1pm today. To top it off D phoned me a few times to make sure I was happy with the substitutes she was suggesting for any items that were unavailable. She couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with.
All of this done for only €5.99. What a bargain!!
I will happily recommend the Buymie app to all.

This seems like a scam. I was charged almost €200 for groceries that cost €80. Have to wait days for funds to be available on my account. Almost half the items I ordered were missing from my delivery, some were substituted but I was not contacted as to why. Don't use the Buymie app!!!

They solved my query about the coupons. Quick and easy!!

BuyMie have been a lifesaver for me the past few weeks. I had a knee operation and could not go shopping so to have it delivered has been fantastic. All of the delivery guys are lovely too and took my shopping into the kitchen for me. Thank you soo much for looking after me.

I’ve been using this service for nearly 2 yrs now. It’s fine when everything goes well & your groceries are delivered on time. However lately I’ve noticed recurring operational problems with difficulties in finding available shoppers. Just the other day I booked an 11-12pm slot but the groceries were delivered at nearly 3pm due to the fact that they couldn’t find an available shopper in the area. I accept delays of up to 30mins but nearly 3 hours late is completely unacceptable! In that time I could have gone out & done the shopping myself!

Just be warned that booking & paying for a slot in advance doesn’t guarantee delivery at that time. It’s inexcusable that this company offers delivery slots when they don’t even have available shoppers to do the job. It’s a completely unreliable service! At this point I’m so sick of their constant excuses, explanations & apologies which are meaningless at this point!

Thankfully I’ve cancelled my subscription & will be using Tesco’s delivery service which is super professional & reliable!

Note to Buymie: If you don’t have reliable shoppers then you can’t deliver reliable customer service!

I rarely have problems with buymie. I use almost weekly without problem and would only rate 5 star because on the rare occasion I encounter a problem the customer service is second to none!!! I will continue to be a lawful customer!

I like the convenience of being able to be brought your groceries to you but I don’t like when they don’t substitute for the exact same thing e.g potatoes if they don’t have the ones you want them buy a similar potatoes but don’t show up with nothing . That could have been someone’s dinner . Also bear in mind someone’s dietary requirements when substituting poultry etc. another thing I don’t appreciate is that you order chocolate and instead of them substituting for a different chocolate they buy you yogurt .

Be careful! They took 2 payments for one order. They said its an issue they're aware of but don't seem to warn customers. Order cost 59.94 which the took from bank plus another 60.00

Buymie is an awesome service. I use it every week. They save a lot of time and hassle for people. Their Customer support is very quick and very helpful. Hope they bring in other options of stores as well

Shushan was very helpful and patient with my query. It’s only my second time to use the app so didn’t know all the terms and conditions.

Very good service. I even got a call from the woman who was delivering my groceries and she told me that 3 items were not available. She called me and gave me different options so that I could chose if to replace my items.
