We didn’t go hungry.
The experience wasn’t great it was satisfactory. You got directly back to me and you solved my problem. Also impressed by the wording which suggested the person I was dealing with wanted to hear back. As I attempted to order my groceries the app failed to work and this was the same the next day. I was unclear why there was a problem in the first place. Perhaps some explanation would have helped me.

Will not stop sending me emails...
Grocery delivery service was good when I used it. However I deleted my account and over the last number of months Buymie continued to send me marketing emails. I've attempted to unsubscribe from these via the 'unsubscribe' button in their emails, in addition to emailing them directly, with no success. Despite me asking several times, they keep sending me emails.
Earlier today they emailed me asking if I wanted to 'opt-out' of receiving father day emails. The irony!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service .. you can order your groceries and it can be delivered on the same day . The shoppers are great at picking out fresh fruit and vegetables and everything is organised when the shopping arrived . The app will
also tell you when the shopping has finished and it’s on his way .. they give you a half an hour window instead of having to stay in and wait for an hour or two like most shops . Brilliant service 😊

Brian from Limerick is..not even exaggerating one of the kindest delivery drivers I've ever had the pleasure to meet. I have an ankle injury and I came off the train into Limerick. As he was in town he said he could collect me and bring me over to Caherdavin with my groceries. The whole way he was incredibly intelligent, incitful and a breath of fresh air. So truthful and genuine. Buyme.ie ye have one of the finest drivers! He deserves the best! ❤

Excellent customer service for years
I have been a BuyMie customer for several years now and the customer service was always excellent. The answers are always quick and professional. For instance, I had a question about the correctness of receipts and the team sent me all files I asked for within a few days.

This app is brilliant. I have used it when I was sick with Covid and couldn't get to the shops and also when I had car trouble and couldn't make it. Saves so much hassle. The shoppers are very helpful and always very friendly.
