Buyer On Spot Omdömen 

I recently bought two 2TB memory pens thinking they would be useful for backing up my photos and my documents. But these pens are not 2 TB as advertised they are much smaller. It cost me £50.00. I feel I have been scammed.

the Knee supports sent to me, (from where?) are just marked "L " for large and I am 50 kgs far too big and no contact with company?

I have raised a dispute with my credit card company, and they have contested it. They have said I did not contact them regarding my knee supports, and have not returned the items, how can you when they don't provide the address. I have kept and provided evidence, and so far it looks like I should be getting my refund. CRIMINALS

Pésimo servicio. Te dan un número de rastreo y la paquetería y no hay resultados de búsqueda, solo aparece que el número de rastreo no existe. Ya para tres semanas y nada de información de mi paquete.
Para otra ocasión solo pagaré con Paypal y si no mejor no compro nada.

This website is an scam. completely pathetic item received, when i tried to return or ask for refund, its a complete ignorance. Never recommendto anyone.

The company can improve by responding to the emails
the people send them.

ordered knee brace sent large not small no use tried email to return for refund never recieved a reply .this company are crooks they say you can return but no wait to return .

Refers to compact binoculars. Firstly very poorly packed and box damaged.
Tried using them but seen better lenses in kids toy binoculars.
Just rubbish.Also the lanyard smells very strongly of acrid smoke.
Have asked for refund, but wont hold my breath.
Now 14 April - still waiting - they want my bank details in order to refund me. Not happening - they should have my credit card details and work from there like any normal business.

Just as every other complaint relating to the knee support. The goods are not fit for purpose (too large) and several emails to the supplier have gone without reply. I am reporting the Company to tTrading Standards also.

I ordered a pair of Power Knee Knee supports. Advert stated that no need for sizing, as they will fit all.
On arrival, I noticed, no invoice, no return address details, nothing. The knee supports were marked size Large. They were far too big and unusable. Obviously, if these I have were Large, then there must be sizes Small and Medium. I have e,mailed the company, but they have not replied.

Just seen their advert for some fantastic binoculars, this advert is a con in a similar way to many selling a monocular supposed to be seen for miles.

They will be Chinese made rubbish. If anyone has been scammed by this company in the UK hopefully you will have bought with a credit card, if so then claim your money back through credit card provider.

Paid £60 for supposedly new revolutionary knee supports from Australia. Cheap rubbish from China turned up which could have been bought for a fraction of the price on Amazon or ebay. When I contacted BUYERONSPOT they wanted my bank details before they would consider my return request. For some reason they would be unable to refund my credit card. Not surprisingly I did NOT give them these details and will just take the hit of £60. At least my parents can use them, too small for me. Do not use this site.

I bought the military style glasses, I paid £60, they are poor quality and the type you could buy in a discount shop. I asked how to return, after 3 requests they have asked me for all my bank details-no way

Please don't order with this company. I have received a pair of glasses not as described. They are very poor quality. I have no paperwork to be able to send back. I have probably lost my £60 and will put it down to experience. Check the company before ordering.

I purchased to sunglasses and they are not good for the price. Bad quality...

Ordered and received the knee brace.....It does not work for my wife. I have sent 5 or 6 emails asking how to return them and have not received any reply. Does anyone know how to contact them?

I recently sent a review relating to the elastic knee pads from Buyer on Spot criticising them for not sending a refund. However I have since discovered I have not returned the items! They are still in my possession having been overlooked for posting. My humble apologies to the company. I will now be contacting them regarding this and trust I will be posting a favourable review in the near future.

The knee support product I got had sizes even though the company claimed in their advertisement that size wasn’t important. I was sent an L and I am a small. The company answered my complaint and wrote that they are sending me the knee support in my size. They sent a link for the shipment but when I clicked on the link it wasnot valid. I was sent 2 sites and 1 is in chinese which I don’t understand. Not only that the product that I received had a smell.
