This “Company?” Are as far as I can see, a complete fraudulent scam. I ordered a pressure washer from them paid £70 and never received anything. I contacted American Express and gave them the relevant information and to be fair to them, on checking they refunded the whole amount immediately. These scammers ignore your requests for delivery updates. They sent me one email in pigeon English to say factory will reply in 3 days. They did not. I have told Amex to stop dealing with them as they are thieves and scammers, otherwise they would have replied to me and they would have sent my order. Seriously, don’t touch them.

I do AGREE: NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Unfortunly I didn´t see these revews: my experience is like the others:
I purchased some mosquito repelent bands from this company and wan´t to return them and get a refund.(didn´t have the clock and feel uncomfortable with it, and I hear the sound it emits! ) After sending numerous emails and only getting one back saying they would refund me and as of today (11 weeks) later still NO refund have an answer.
This company are a bunch of cons and fraudsters don’t believe anything that it says on their website

ordered knee supports for 69 pounds on the 3rd september and have not received them . they have not even replied to any of my messages. terrible company do not use .

I purchased the rubbish sandals, and added a second pair at checkout as it seemed such a bargain. Very disappointed with quality and wrong size so requested to be able to return and get refund. Told to send bank details as company policy and no need to return goods, but might take some time for refund.
After waiting 2 months and sending further emails which were ignored I have given up.
Realise it is a scam - shoddy merchandise not worth the money. As I paid by credit card have requested a chargeback from credit card company.
I would recommend all dissatisfied customers who used their credit card to pay to do the same.

I received the order of Eagle Eyes Binoculars, unfortunely not what I wanted, Went onto the customers dept by email for instructions to return. After several attempts to contact them with no reply then after about 7 weeks of trying, I suddenly got a reply from support saying as it was out of time I could not return the item as it was out of date, even though i had been trying to get hold of them for about 2 months, with no reply. I would never ever use this company again.

I ordered comfort sandals#99788 and accidently ordered a second pair which I immediately cancelled way back in July and eventually has a response to say the cancellation had been excepted and I would be refunded .Although the cost was immediately taken from my account I have not yet received any refund and that has been over two months ago.BUYER BEWARE!

I bought 2 pairs of sandals. The company sent the wrong size. They were much too big. I returned them by registered post paying insurance. Next day guarantee delivery to the warehouse. I sent customer service a copy of my receipt for the sandals and a copy of postal receipt. Despite emailing them several times I have not received a refund. Counting the registered post I am out of pocket over £100. Don't risk your money to this firm.

Would give them no stars if that was possible.Steer clear of this company,I haven’t received any goods and when I asked for a refund they wanted banking details which I wasn’t prepared to provide as they do not seem to be a reputable company. So here I am nearly £70 down with nothing to show for it BEWARE

Bought orthopaedic shoes, advert was very believable but on arrival the shoes are the worst bit of rubbish made in China tat I have ever seen. After contacting them lots of times I eventually got a reply saying they did not want their £55 shoes back ( I wonder why?) but if I gave them my FULL bank details they would give me a refund, if you believe that you’ll believe anything.
Raised a chargeback vis my credit card and got a
refund. Lesson learned by me

Bought the sandles sent wrong size cheap and nasty this site should be taken down going to get my bank to get my refund as I have waited long enough

Disgusted at these cheapo sandals they sent, not what was advertised, certainly not the orthopedic sandals they claim to be. An absolute con. Wish I'd read the reviews first about this company. Don't buy from these under any circumstances.

This was another lesson learnt.! Didn't check the reviews prior to purchase, otherwise I wouldn't have touched them with a barge pole!
However, unlike many others here I paid using a credit card, and as soon as I saw the return process and read the reviews I raised a dispute with mastercard. Within 5 days the full amount was refunded to my account.
Cheap product at an extortionate price! Don't use them!!

I didn’t even want to give one star! I, too, bought the £55 ladies’ orthopaedic-design sandals. The quality is very poor to the extent that I don’t even want to try them! There were no return instructions in the package so I started to do some detective work. Suffice it to say that I discovered that the customer of the UK delivery company is CNE Express, a China-based company described online as “a courier service that focuses on eCommerce, specifically managing large orders from China and delivering them globally”. CNE is supposed to have an address in Harmondsworth, West Drayton, but I can find no contact details so I guess I can give up on any thoughts of a refund. I will put them a charity shop. Someone might get a few days use from them. The shocking thing is that the very-well-put-together ads for these sandals are everywhere… Caveat emptor!

Look at their real website which bares no resemblance to the swish Google ad. I'd, give them no stars if poss. Like so many others before, I've fallen for their advert on Google for Regal orthopedic sandals. They are plastic rubbish, so much so they didn't want them returning when I requested my refund.After advice from my bank, I gave my account and sort code as requested and have not heard a dickiebird since. I have now applied to my bank for a charge back dispute. Citizens Advice have informed Trading Standards. Today I saw the same product/advert appearing under a new company name .... BEWARE.

Total rip off. Somebody is laughing at everyone who purchased their supposedly orthopaedic sandals for £55. These sandals are an insult to consumers and the company should be reported to the Trading Standards.

I sent an email asking for their return policies but as yet to hear from them.

Purchased a pair of sandals described as 'Regal Comfort' like 'walking on air' marketed as a high quality product designed by podiatrists at a half-price cost of £49.99 which despite the positive reviews on the website they were NOTHING like advertised, neither attractive in appearance, comfortable nor of good quality. In reality the sandals were absolute rubbish & the 'customer support' did not reply my email seeking a return. Fortunately my bank were able to reverse the charge following a successful dispute process & provided me with a full refund.
