I would just like to say Buyer on Spot, have come clean, my ordered products arrived Yesterday the 27th of November 2024.
Well done Buyer on Spot, please keep it up because it is not genuinely nice to de-fraud somebody as the client goes through hell having to wait 10 days for ones visor card to arrive.

It cost me quite alot of money.

Bought ultrawasher after reading glowing feedback. I have it - not fit for purpose. Emailed 3 times requesting refund 1 response saying send video showing difficulty which I cannot do. No further response. I wish I had read all the comment from other dissatisfied customers and I wouldnt have touched them.

Bought a pressure washer which is about as effective as an electric toothbrush. The company refuses to respond.

If -1 star were possible, that would be my score. I placed an order, received an email within minutes to confirm the order and apart from 2 emails in Spanish requesting £1 and then a monthly payment of £24.99, I have heard nothing more. I have emailed the "company" twice over the last few days and not had any reply. This is obviously a scam company and I would advise avoiding it at all costs.

If I would have given no stars if possible. I ordered an air wine cork remover. The advert showed a very substantial item with top class reviews (apparently from a sommelier) but the item I received was cheap plastic and can be purchased for less that £7 from other online sites not the nearly £40 I paid. If I had seen these reviews I wouldn't have ordered. I have contacted the company but looking at these comments I don't expect to receive a response. Definitely avoid at all costs

The ratings on their website are glowing so I ordered. Within an hour I saw this site, so immediately canceled.
I was surprised to see that payments were processed, despite my request.
I asked for a refund.. dead silence.
My cc company told me I had to wait 15 days (which would be today) to give the company time to credit my card, in order for MAST to reverse payment.
I received the product today, and have emailed them AGAIN.

My wife ordered an elctric car washing machine from this company. When it arrived it was clearly not a new machine as the battery was cracked and broken. We requested a refund or replacement machine a total of 4 times but have not heard a word from them. They are the worst company we have ever dealt with and they do not seem to care one jot for their customers. They still seem to be trading which is a travesty.

I THINK THIS COMPANY (if they actually exist) NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL IN MANAGEMENT THEY DON'T REPLY TO EMAILS I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY GOODS. I HAVE LAID A CHARGE WITH MY LOCAL POLICE OF THEFT AGAINST THEM DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Bought a jet wash system for £113 after 2 weeks of not hearing anything no tracking no dispatching emailed them they got back after sometime saying a load of rubbish each time payed by credit card so I’ll be phoning my bank in the morning telling them this place is a scam and get the money back from them I’ve kept the receipt and emails as proof my advice is to steer well clear of them

My titanium chopping board arrived today. It is covered on both sides with deep gouges and scratches and it has definitely been well used - and presumably not lived up to the claims on the web site. I have requested a refund but given the reviews, I doubt I'll get one. If not, I'd definitely say this is an expensive scam.

Product ordered & money debited 3.10.24, still no product received & no response from the Company.

Thieves. Initial order in English, receipt in Spanish, delivery details from China. Need I say more. Avoid at all cost.

They sent only part of the order but refused to make up the order or to offer a full refund.
Do not deal with this company it is a rip-off.

Ich habe am 04.10.2024 einen Ultrawasher bei BuyerOnSpot gekauft und bezahlt. Aber ich habe den Artikel nie erhalten. Auf meine Anfrage an BuyerOnSpot bekam ich keine Antwort nur dass mein Fall abgeschlossen ist!?!
Was soll das? Ich habe bestellt und bezahlt habe aber kein Material erhalten und keine Antwort auf meine Fragen.
Bitte lasst die Finger weg von solchen Firmen.

I paid £40 for a dog chew for cleaning their teeth which took ages to arrive and when it did it was a a useless piece of plastic, badly made and no good to give to your dog.I complained and was told to give my details for a refund and that was it. I did as asked but there was No refund and no further contact. They are complete con artists, Avoid at all costs.

Went to buy the Winepopper BUT all the ads and website states Free shipping across England ! So I assume they mean UK. But will they post Free to Scotland. Really poor they have not looked at the market set up here.

On Tuesday 1st October 2024 I ordered 2 dog toothbrushes from the website and paid via a credit card. I received order confirmation but no shipping/tracking e mail. I have contacted the company twice but e mail today with no response.
I will contact my credit card company tomorrow if I don't hear back from them. I have used my e mail on the website to track my order but this system doesn't work which is concerning. Please think carefully before purchasing from this company, this appears to be a scam operation.
