I’ve been using burns for many years…
I’ve been using burns for many years and never had any issues all my dogs are fed on burns from puppy to my elderly dogs and all are in good shape and healthy the rep airline goes out of her way to help me and nothing is too much for her to do my thanks Glenn jones Swiftbrook Labradors

Super customer service
Super customer service, listened as to why my old dog was struggling. Possibly her digestive system with the usual food. I was sent a couple of sample bags which both my dogs love. Thank you for the food, plus the money off coupon. What a remarkable difference the food has made.

The delivery company sent me a email at 11.40 to inform me they were delivering between 9.18 and 11.18 they then attempted to deliver at 9.40 , but we don't open until 10am if we had known we would have opened early so we have not received anything yet!

I had missed out on joining the puppy club as it isn’t up and running yet. I emailed customer service and they sent me a 40% off voucher for a bag of food voucher. So kind and unexpected, my adult dog is a Burns dog, and now his little brother is one too. Well done Burns!
