Bunk Campers - Edinburgh Omdömen 

We were able to take over the camper quickly. It was the first time we had rented a camper. The team explained all the important details about the camper and gave us tips on what to look out for in Scotland. The camper vacation in Scotland was great. Returning the camper was also very quick. The team was friendly and very supportive.

It has been a pleasure renting a camper from Bunk Campers (Just Go). The staff was very friendly and welcoming, as well as professional. There were no troubles with the camper and everything was fine.

The staff was really helpful and willing at all times which made the experience much more enjoyable. We were really tight with time when returning the camper due to traffic jam and arrived 5 minutes to 5pm but they waited for us.
If I had to point some potential, it would be that there is no shuttle from the airport and the office does not have check in nor drop off out of office hours (9am to 5pm) which can turn difficult for customers flying in or out. We had an early flight back so we had no choice but return the camper the day before up to 5pm leaving us half a day without mobility.

Negatives
- Sheets did not fit the bed
- usb ports broken
- battery drains quickly (might be old)
- safety deposit still not released after 3 weeks....
- discount codes for parks not provided.
- insurance/covers only cover 1 incident and nothing mechanical

We arrived in Edinburgh' Bunk Campers after a surly cab driver muttered at us under his breath. The crowds had commenced and several groups were trying to get their campers. The staff handled everyone with composure and kept the stress levels down. After a wait in the rush, they explained everything and took extra time where we needed more info. They left a few things for us to discover on the trip but it was a great experience. The drop off was even easier. Get there early for pickup and dropoff. They have great people but customers seem a bit stressed. If you need explanations on something ask for it.

During our ten-day trip to Scotland, we explored the Highlands and the Isle of Skye using our Aero 2 Campervan. We had a wonderful time, largely due to the high quality of the vehicle and the incredibly positive attitude of the team. The staff was kind and very helpful. The camper was clean and extremely comfortable. Although we encountered some issues with the onboard computer, it didn't detract from our overall experience. When we returned the van, the team explained that the problem was likely an electrical contact issue between the water light and the electricity light. As this was our first camper trip, we were initially concerned, but we resolved it.

We had the most exhilarating week on a road trip through Scotland with a motorhome from Bunk Campers. The motor home was clean, well equipped and very comfortable, everyone at the depot where we picked it up was very knowledgable and helpful. We can’t wait for our next road trip! Thank you Bunker Campers !

Nooit meer huren we, bij deze firma in Edinburgh, een camper. Bij vertrek in Edinburgh, zaten wij meer dan 2 uur vast op een chaotisch bureau. Onze betalingen = voor o.a. verzekering en waarborg kwamen maar niet door. Hun computers deden het niet ????
Naast ons zaten er nog 3 stellen hopeloos te wachten, met allerlei problemen. Mijn man, alle geluk, een zeer handige man, heeft het bed verstevigd ( hopeloos te lichte houten lattoflex) en kastdeurtjes om de 2 dagen gerepareerd onderweg enz. We brachten hem spic en span terug . Maar naar onze terugbetaling vd waarborg wachten we nog steeds. Volg alles goed op, door de chaos en het lange wachten, hou je het niet meer zo goed bij. Vraag, van alle betalingen, een bewijs. Schotland zelf was prachtig

Our motor home was very comfortablr and had all thr essentials (and then some!). Staff was very helpful during pick-up and when we had an issue during our trip. Definitely recommend!
