Prima Service wir haben den Camper sehr schnell übernehmen können und auch die Rückgabe erfolgte problemlos. Der Camper war in einem sehr guten Zustand und hat uns im Urlaub viel Spaß gemacht.

We drove up to collect campervan from Cork to Dublin depot.you are not informed at booking stage that no parking in depot so had to source and pay for parking at a cost of 200 euro.Suggested from company try Airport or Hotel. collect between 2-4pm ours was not ready until 4pm that a full day lost in my opinion, also have to return van at 11am, another day lost. we bought full package to include full comprehensive insurance this does not cover underneath and roof of van. total cost cost us 3500 euro.Please check van for kitchen ware as we were not supplied even though we paid. we dealt with Christian who was most helpful and pleasant.

Camper van was in very good shape and spacious. Pick up and return process went out well with friendly personnel. We still missed things like toilet paper, sponge and liquid soap for doing dishes, cleaning equipment for shower cabin, salt, pepper, oil which I assume previous users were prepared to leave behind them, just like us. Had to purchase these. Having to let camper completely empty prevents leaving basics for next user.

Wir sind vom Flughafen mit dem Taxi zur Station gefahren, das geht aber auch gut mit einem Bus (Bargeld mitnehmen!). Mit dem Bus kommt man auch in die Stadtmitte.
Wir hatten das "mistery" Überraschungspaket gebucht und dadurch etwas gespart. Bekamen ein sehr kompaktes Womo von "Just Go". Wir fanden das Layout (Roller Team 590) super. Hub-Bett über dem Tisch, dadurch sehr geräumig für ein 6m langes Womo. Der Service in Dublin war sehr gut. Wir bekamen das Fahrzeug vor der offiziellen Ausgabezeit. Es war nicht perfekt sauber. Der Verschluss eines Schrankes war defekt, wurde dann aber gleich repariert. Von der angemieteten Ausstattung fehlte das Salatsieb. Die Einweisung war gut, man merkt aber, dass das Personal noch nie selbst mit so einem Fahrzeug unterwegs war. Wir hatten vorher den Online Check-In gemacht, mussten aber vorort noch einmal durch alles durchgehen, das war etwas anstrengend.
Wir hatten das Value Pack (besserer Versicherungsschutz, Ausstattung z.B. Bettwäsche eingeschlossen) sowie Drop and Go dazugebucht. Die Rückgabe war dann problemlos und relativ schnell. Dadurch war es aber auch recht teuer. Motorisierung und Ausstattung war gut, das Fahrzeug sehr neu. Adapter mitnehmen für die irischen Steckdosen, und ein 12V auf USB. Es waren aber auch USB Anschlüsse vorhanden.

Je höher die Absicherung desto geringer die Kaution.

Handover procedure ineffcient and long lasting.
Equipment in camper incomplete and not all functions of the camper well explained.
Parking possibilities for private car even just for the duration of shifting stuff into the camper not existing.

Everything was as outlined on the contract and website. The camper was in good condition. More time can could have been spent in explaining the controls and facilities at pick up. But spray form that we were very happy with our rental and the staff were excellent at all times.

Brilliant experience

Unit had no air conditioning. I was charged hundreds of dollars for a plastic handle that was already broken that I never would have seen in the pre-walk through. Was told I would not be charged when I turned it in. Scam artists!!!!

Staff at bunk campers Dublin were excellent especially Gabriel.

Pickup and return process was smooth, staff helpful, kind and respectful.
Perhaps you could spread out pick-up times a bit (with scheduling) to shorten the queue. It's not too bad though, as there's a waiting room with couches to ease the wait.

Deepak in reception was very nice and helpful to deal with.

They make sure that the campervan is perfect to start your trip and check it very well if you bring it back. Very nice people with good advice about your trip.

Easy to work with and easy to talk to. I think people get mad because they are impatient but honestly I had no issues with anyone and the check-in and check-out process. We look forward to using Bunk Campers in the future again!

Quick handover and return of the vehicle, friendly staff. Without asking us they ordered a taxi for us to transfer to the airport. That was very appreciated. Great service!

We had a wonderful holiday in the campervan for a month in Ireland. Renting with Bunk Campers was easy and the staff were all very helpful! Highly recommend them!! We will be back

Too less Time to check the Campervan for any earlier damage etc.

We had rented a vehicle that was somewhat too large for the roads of Ireland. The vehicle was in perfect condition, economical in consumption, and easy to handle. We had a fantastic 10 days of vacation.
We recommend checking the equipment before the start.
The handover was somewhat delayed due to a tire change. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We would like to come again.
