I requested assistance in a matter in the week that was handled very well.
I would not have been able to resolve the inquiry without assistance. I might have missed the TAB, but it could assist if you could include a FAQ tab. Such questions would of an operational nature like "how do I delete undelivered messages from my contact list"

I can't send a long message
I can't send a long message, only 2 sentences then i have to pay double. I can't add nothing, i can't paste a page or nothing. Or send any useful information to my people. Like a voice note or nothing. Like the other bulk sms package this one also do not send my very short message to all my contacts

Texting is very easy and for the most…
Texting is very easy and for the most time works very well. The only negative comment I have is that the company credit card we used did not work all for (two weeks) no reason I found (used 3 different cards). However since the world pay is overseas, the current covid 19 situation may be the cause.
