Technical Problems
Nearly a week after purchasing the policy, several emails to address additional insured, additional payments, and over 35 minutes in queue to speak to someone, I still do not have a correct policy due to 'technical problems' at Bunker. Not likely to happen until next week, which is impacting my ability to be contracted for a significant project. Disappointing to me and to the company wanting to contract my services.

Professional, Responsive and Reasonable
The wedsite was easy to navigate. I submitted my application smoothly. Bunker was very responsive and kept me updated throughout each step of the process. They found an insurer quickly and the rates were reasonable. When the COI needed to be changed to another company, they did it within 12 hours of the request--fantastic, professional customer experience!

Policy Renewal
My experience with the company pertained to policy renewal. As a return policy holder, I appreciate how a reminder was sent for annual renewal time & then again each month when payments are due. Being able to complete the renewal & payments online is convenient and easy to do.

Terrible, Inconsistent, Confusing Communication
I was in a hurry to get insurance sorted out in order to set up a contract. I initially got a quote from Bunker. Then I got a notice that the quote wasn't valid. Then I got a new quote. An employee from Bunker was communicating with me via email, and then abruptly vanished. I followed-up at least 6 times over the course of a week and a half before he finally replied again and sent info about the insurance. It was very bizarre.

The quotes are not accurate.
The online quote confirmed and the first email received.
Second email comes with the actual price which is 60$ more.
Then asked to correct typo in the address.
Then the final email came with 20$ more.
In the whole process, the coverages are same.
It took me 4 days to complete the whole process.
