Being hurt and in so much pain, why did I have to handle all of the paperwork? My payments out of my check are consistent every single week. I had to have documents filled out by doctors, then get those documents to your team when your team should have made direct contact with the doctor's office, that's the way it should be. My bills are due on consistent dates; my disability payments were not! I used savings to pay bills and then supplemented as your payments were received, real inconvenient not to mention I lose out on interest! That is not practical. I feel like a service is paid for every week consistently for 52 weeks a year. That service should include a member of your team contacting the patients care provider for the backup documents to provide benefits in a timely manner! It is easy information to obtain, so do it! What if a patient is completely debilitated and has no one to take care of your paperwork?? Do they just not get paid? It was a ridiculous process and lazy on your part. Alos, in your documents you as when will the patient be back to work. I had three doctors give the same reaction which was how the hell do I know! Who is the nitwit that put that question on there?? That tells a lot about the true nature of an insurer. Get them back to work so the money flows! I bet you wish you never sent this survey to me! I don't fluff or pad anything! You met a straight shooter who tells it like it is! I work too hard and pay for services I expect to work as hard for me when the time comes. I should be burdened with paperwork while I'm down! That's like getting kicked! DO BETTER! MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

We had to end up buying 2 one way tickets with a different airline departing >24 hrs after our original flight , so, we can return for work on time. We got a feedback from Arch Insurance Claims Team within 24 hrs of filing our claim that we needed a letter stating a cancellation reason from our airline in addition to the documents we had submitted. Our claim was approved w/in a couple of days of us submitting the letter AND received our payment 5 days after. The whole process was done within 10days!!! We appreciate the service & efficiency of the Claims Team. We will definitely use the Arch Insurance US for our future travels.

I started treating with a chiropractor who is a physician in North Dakota. We cancelled our trip to Europe and I filed a claim. Arch said they needed a physician letter. I sent them one from my chiropractor. Then they said they needed a form filled out from the chiropractor. I sent them that. Then they denied my claim saying my chiropractor was not a medical doctor. WHAT A SCAM! I am filing suit with our Insurance Commissioner and Consumer Fraud.
Never received any benefits - still waiting for follow up filing.

I had no issues filing my claim. It helped that my doctors office was on top of filling out their portion and getting it back to Arch quickly. I didn’t have to wait too long for my checks.

This company somehow mistakenly approved me for my maternity leave disability claim and months after receiving my benefits, they contacted me and expected me to correct their error and give them back the money I received! I had to go through a very complicated ordeal with NJ state disability. It took approximately two years of stress and filing loads of paperwork with the state. I was just recently able to resolve the issue, unbelievable. I do not recommend this company at all. If a claimant has the option to avoid filing a claim through this company and going directly through the state, I strongly recommend they do.
The process to file was easy. The response to questions were answered quickly.

My experience with arch so far is great. Great full that they can help me in my time of un employed, really helpful. Thankful for their understanding of you not having a job at the moment so they give you a hand to still be able to manage yourself. I recommend everybody that is in need of disability to trust them with their process to help you, if you are approved they with definitely help you with your needs. They are terrible. They don't pay any claim. we had all the proof our international flight canceled so we missed our domestic flight, which we had to rebook. They made us jump through hoops. at the end they didn't pay. Gate 1 need to get better insurance company the rip off people.
