I personally had to go to generate my certificate from Liberty portal..

Didn't see mu value in getting this policy from Bunker..

I recently obtained the Certificate of Liability, while there was a slight delay in receiving it (approximately 1 month), I eventually received it. However, what stood out to me was their prompt response and attention to my concerns. When I reached out to express my dissatisfaction with the delay, their customer service team reacted swiftly and addressed my complaints with utmost professionalism. Despite the initial delay, their responsive approach and willingness to rectify the situation left a positive impression. I appreciate their commitment to resolving customer issues promptly.

COI not provided on a timely manner.

Bunker provided the appropriate entrée to insurers, and I had a policy within hours. Well done!

I was not provided with a renewal option until the day after my policy expired. To my knowledge, I still don’t have one yet, 4 days later, even after making payment. I need a COI for a business matter that I’m now delayed for. The service is traditionally superb, but this year renewal has not been reflective of my years of experience with Bunker.

Great agents and product. Was able to get quotes for what I needed and was easy. Support / contact experience was bad. Very difficult to get hold of folks, phone system bad, once directed to a wrong department, slow response via email. But once you get to an agent they are great.
