Budgetticket.in need to be closed down!!
I had booked 2 tickets from this company 2 months ago. I am supposed to fly day after tomorrow (16 December 2024, Monday).Today (14 December 2024,Saturday) got a call from the company telling me that the flight has been cancelled and they said they will issue another ticket through other airline. I called the airline that I was supposed to fly. The flight has not been cancelled. It’s been about 6 hours and they have not yet issued another ticket.

Flight booking price scam
One of the worst websites for booking flight tickets. I do not understand how a company like this even exists. They put up fake pricing of tickets, take our money and once booked, they call up and say your booking is invalid. After which they lie to your face about providing refunds in a day or two which will take 12 days. You need to keep reminding them that they have your cash and they need to refund it back to you. Once again one of the worst flight ticket booking websites ever made. Please do not even go for it.

Never book ticket from budgetticket.in
They book ticket in group, even if you book personal tickets for only 2 or 3 members, and you cannot cancel it. Even if you call airlines they won't be able to help you as these guys don't update your ticket with names. Name are only updated 12 hours prior to the travel date. By then you lose the window for cancellation.
Worse there is no customer support or escalation to hear your concern.
They are cheaters.

Never book from them
Never book from them. They along with Spice Jet have the most useless customer service. I had booked a flight with them as they were the top in skyscanner. Once I booked they first got my name incorrect, then not responded calls and emails, after all these they didn't inform me about the flight leaving early which led me to miss the flight. When I tried to reach out both the parties refused to even pick up the call or respond to email. I lost 6000 within a span of 2 hours.

BudgetTicket.in a FRAUDLENT website
BudgetTicket.in, Owner Manish Tyagi. I am frequent flyer and keep booking my tickets on different OTAs. But burnt my finger after booking on Budgetticket.in
Just to save few hundred bucks, I suffered a lot. They do not believe in customer service. Picking up phone calls is not what they prefer. Email replies are simply copy paste template. No matter whatever your query is. The worst part is Airline doesn't recognize Budgetticket.in. The Airlines get a reference of Air IQ or the supplier details. Even when I was entitled for a refund or rescheduling by the airline, I couldn't make any changes as Budgetticket guys were not helping!
So please guys be very careful and just to save few hundred bucks do not book from Budgetticket.in. My PNR - VG9JTD
