looking for Refund Immediate
My booking reference number HBCDKAFF.
I have booked a flight from Johannesburg, South Africa to Cape town, South Africa for 30th May for my family of 4 people and the total amount charged is 48500/-. This is the first time I used this Happyfares because sky scanner recommended it with low price. I got an email saying the amount 48k got deducted and the booking will be taken offline. After 20 minutes I got an automated Email saying my booking was not confirmed due to fair increase issue. they mentioned My money will be refunded back to my credit card within 5 or 7 working days. Now my money 50k got stuck in the process and I don't have enough amount to book other flight from other website. I borrowed money from my friend now and booked other flight from makemytrip. Now the Actual Trauma started for me when I checked the reviews and 80% of the people are saying that happyfares were very bad in giving back refunds. I am getting into depression now. those are my hard earned money. are they really legit website or fraud? still i am in confusion. I dont know how skyscanner put this website in between big players like makemytrip and booking.com in the market. I will wait for 3 or 4 days for my refund and if i get the refund I will straight away give 4 star rating for the improved refund processes or else I might end up in legal fight with this company like many. I will update the refund status Soon. Happyfares should know one thing in order to compete in the market. refund is the key thing as customer will be confident booking from your site. if it is goibibo.com or booking.com i wouldn't have written this review at all as every one knows they will process the refund within hours. thank you.

Promised refunds, delivered zero. Lost in “calculations” and extra fees. This isn’t service—it’s misleading.
I am extremely disappointed with your service. You should have clearly informed me before cancellation that I would not receive any refund at all, instead of hiding behind complex calculations and conditions.
Why are you misleading customers with claims like “refund before 24 hours” along with so many unclear terms and regulations? For the exact same flight and ticket, I received a reasonable refund from another platform—so why is your travel platform deducting such a large amount?
This has been a very poor experience. I feel misled and taken advantage of. Had I been clearly told that I wouldn’t receive any refund, I would not have cancelled the ticket in the first place.
I will definitely be sharing this experience in my review. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be booking with your platform again.
