Preordered 2 statues 10/20/2023. I have sent them multiple emails with no response. It is coming up on 3 years and no updates. Chinese scammers.

Ordered two statues. First one arrived partially chipped and there was no way to do anything about it because it was a limited edition and they make it very complicated to get in touch with anyone. I'm now waiting for my second (it's been almost a year) and I filled out my invoice a month ago and I have no news on where it is even though I emailed them since that was the only choice left to me when they got rid of their support chat, and I still haven't gotten a reply about it. And no I will not join discord that should not be mandatory. Will not be buying from them again.

Ordered a statue in 2024, got a broken one like 6 months later than the estimate. Got sent back and i was told they would ship a replacement. Didnt hear anything for years, while i was sending them emails and messages on the website. I had to join a discord server that had tons of kids exposed to degenerate porn statues. I then got a response from one of the customer service people and i asked for a refund. Its been 2 months since and i havent heard anything from the refund and they are flat out ignoring my messages like they have been for the last 2 years. At best an incompetent company or just a straight up scam. DONT ORDER FROM HERE.

I pre-ordered a statue from these assholes a year and a half ago and thay dident even give me a tracking number and barely any communication every time I contacted these guys thay will tell me the same thing give us your order code oh it hasn't been released yet. with no updated date, I found out later out the statue company that release the figure abandoned production a year back they haven't told me that information kept me in the dark it was listed there for 2 year and removed not to long ago on the website dodgy website with dodgy-ass people buy at your own risk I'll give you a zero stars if it was an option never got a refund.

I have received 3 statues from them with no problems thus far. this is the first figure website i ever purchased from i didnt know about orzgk or anything. Pavel is typically the one who responds to most questions in the live chat and has always answered any order questions clearly he even let me know when a statue i wanted was available after someone only paid the deposit and walked away. Becasue of that i was able to get a statue sold out everywhere else for msr not the insane ebay prices. While they dont always have ALL the statues that come out, sometimes they dont have all the versions like deluxe vs standard either. but what they do have i've yet to complain on.
