I am extremely disappointed with this company. I paid extra for their “guaranteed secure delivery” service, yet my package was stolen and all that was delivered to me was an empty box.

What makes this even worse is that the delivery was handled by their own drivers. When I contacted customer service, they took zero responsibility and told me it wasn’t their problem. As a long-time customer who has spent thousands of dollars with this company, this response was shocking and unacceptable.

I trusted them to deliver my order safely because I paid for that guarantee — and they completely failed to honor it. Instead of helping or offering a solution, they dismissed the situation entirely.

Based on this experience, I strongly recommend that you do NOT order from this company. Their “guarantee” means nothing, and their customer service is unwilling to help when something goes wrong.

I bought 2 bottles of canerock spiced rum online from bsw, waited twice as long as they said it would take to receive it. One bottle was ok the other tasted like 100% vanilla which leaves a really bad taste in your mouth for hours. Google confirmed that this is an issue with this brand of rum. I emailed bsw days ago, as per their very one sided return policy and they have not even bothered to reply. IMO they are sneaky, disgusting, low lifes that do not deserve anyones business. I found thier return policy online and it is so one sided in thier favour it is obvious thay have no intention of ever giving refunds. This is my first and LAST TIME BUYING from anything these crooks. No customer service, no morals, no decency, no respect all = No Business.
I would be happy to pay double the cost and give my business to reputable company. If I could give negative stars I would. Other stores have taken back bad wines etc with no hassle and a full refund.

no shipment, no answer from customer service totally fraud company! DO NOT BUY here, waste time and need to be canceled by credit card company!!! BAD EXPERIENCE

They took my money right way on December 4 2025 it would be 5 business days for delivery now they aren't sending until December 15 2025 service is bad sent 2 emails with no response back don't think I will be reordering from here again will see if they send it out on December 15 2025

I placed an order with BSW Liquor 10 days ago. It was supposed to be here by now, but it hasn't even been shipped yet, despite their promises!

I would rate a ZERO if possible. Ordered online 8 days ago. NO product received, won't answer their phone (mailbox full) supposed to send email. Sent 10+ emails, with 3 responses promising delivery. They took my $1,000.00 but have yet to receive product. Will be filing a FRAUD complaint. DON'T USE!

Placed an order almost a month ago. After about a week, they told me one of the wines in the order wasn't available. Then they told me to disregard that statement. Then a couple of weeks later, they told me that particular bottle was broken in transit (coincidence?). Still haven't received confirmation of shipment or any wine despite the credit charge of over $400 almost a month ago.

Very Poor experience with Bsw customer service, no communication after purchase. Courier company used is ATS healthcare who do not pick up calls and are not able to help you with status on orders.

Non responsive. Unreliable. I would not buy from these guys, even it if meant becoming a teetotaler.

Bought three very expensive bottles of wine on Dec 12 through Vivino. The website reported that it has been shipped. No further information. These were meant to be a Christmas present. They are now a large hole in my pocket and a great deal of angst trying to chase down what has happened and get any answer at all about their whereabouts or refund.
