A very helpful travel agent
I thought the travel agent, Wavell, was brilliant. I phoned early morning, told him what sort of holiday I wanted and he sorted everything out straight away. He offered exactly what I wanted, and I had all the travel documents, vouchers and flight boarding passses by the evening. He couldn't have been more helpful and efficient.

Excellent service
We booked a holiday to Ischia for next June with Philip who provided excellent service, advice and help. We were able to choose our preferred departure airport and everything was fully explained. Would recommend Broadway Travel and will certainly use them again,

Helpful, friendly, determined
Kelly was helpful from the get go, emailing suggestions and patiently offering alternatives when the ones she initially found didn’t work. When we hit a snag she assured me she would sort it and she did. The booking and payment process itself was easy and quick. Brilliant service and very friendly and empathetic all the way. We’ve got a while to go before the actual

Helpful Agent, less informative emails
Broadway rep Sandra Davies was very helpful and professional. I appreciated her direct dealing and not pushing me to accept add ons that were unsuitable. The main drawback was s the lack of full information in confirmation emails. Eg airline booking ref - which is also not shown on Manage my Booking.
