Experience with booking with Natalie
Natalie booked my cruise for me yesterday. She was extremely helpful and provided all information that I needed before booking. She assured me re cabins etc as I had a few queries. She then messaged to say she was going to call me so I knew to expect her call. This was welcomed as I often dont pick up calls if I am not familiar with the number due to spam calls. Would definitely recommended Broadway Travel as the experience was first class. Thanks again Natalie

They sent emails every step of the way , right through from when we booked the package holiday and up to when we were due to travel . They made everything easy to understand . We would just like to say a huge thank you to Hannah Harding for her sterling work this morning, her kindness and support!!
After yesterday’s adventure that went from fun to absolute carnage. Sitting on a plane for 7 hours, being stuck at baggage reclaim for 2 and a half hours and finally making it back home at midnight. We were very tired today but Hannah really went above and beyond to make us going on holiday again on Friday a stress free experience.
She absolutely delivered on all her promises and she went way above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service.

We have travelled with Broadway on many occasions & I know why we keep coming back, customer service is excellent!
Were due to fly tomorrow & yesterday I thought 'have I booked Special Assistance for my husband' which should be booked up to 48 hours before you fly!
I rang Broadway this morning, spoke to a lovely lady named Claire who took all the details said she would send it over to Ryanair even though it was late notice.
Within 10 minutes I received an email from Ryanair with the request confirmation.
I rang Broadway right back to 'Thank Claire' what impeccable service that was.
Keep up the good work Broadway, till next time.

Simmer 2027 Cruise
We have booked a cruise for summer 2027. This will be the first ever cruise we have been on so I needed all the help in the world when booking.
I can safely say that the levels of service received by Evie, Erin and Rob was first class.
The guys made booking so easy despite my numerous requests and changes.
I fully recommend broadway travel.

Price shown isn't what they charge, be careful
The agent tried to charge significantly more than was advertised. He coukdn't tell us what the carry on allowance was and tried to push us into buying hold luggage.
