I have booked holidays through Broadway Travel several times. The Customer Support of the company has been able to respond quickly on the same day or within 24 hours.
My recent experience was with Danielle for a rearrangement of my holiday due to cancellation of Ryanair flights. She was able to find our preferred dates for flights and hotel, and sorted out the issue through quick email communications.

Experience with booking with Natalie
Natalie booked my cruise for me yesterday. She was extremely helpful and provided all information that I needed before booking. She assured me re cabins etc as I had a few queries. She then messaged to say she was going to call me so I knew to expect her call. This was welcomed as I often dont pick up calls if I am not familiar with the number due to spam calls. They sent emails every step of the way , right through from when we booked the package holiday and up to when we were due to travel . They made everything easy to understand .
