Broadview Shading Solutions Ltd Omdömen

Once again delighted with the quality and service offered by Broadview Blinds.
The Five new replacement roller and fitted doors blinds look lovely.

Great service
Polite, professional installation
Would highly recommend 👍

It all worked from initial phone call to the surveyor arriving with sample books and giving us the quote. Then the fixers turned up and knew what they were doing. It all worked.

Great product and very helpful staff

As previously, with a larger blind installation many years ago, everything was carried out smoothly and with great care and expertise. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Good quality good price no surprise as used them before all ways on time with measurements and fitting given good advice will be using them again

The blinds we purchased are of very good quality and continue to meet our expectations. The installation went smoothly with no issues. We are very pleased with the results.

Very professional had an additional awning place at the back of the house to compliment the original one that we had fitted along with two heaters. Very helpful advice given to make full use of both.

Great family run company with good reliable service. Quoted and completed our pergola project on time as sgreed

Excellent service - good price

Excellent product and excellent service

Replaced the fabric on my existing awning. Great job , decent price, good service.

Broadview Shading Solutions supported us (Entrance Supplies Direct Ltd) with an awning design & solution for our gate engineer ford vans, with graphic designed weather panels including on site installation at there unit in Poole.

We are very pleased with the whole process, Gary was extremely helpful throughout, and nothing was too much trouble.

Booking in for another van! Very impressed and the high quality of the awning was better than expected.

Great service & Product.

Thanks

Excellent service from first enquiry to installation of new awning.

BJ0 bad aggressive driver.

Offered an awning solution that surpassed anything competitors suggested. Fitters were pleasant and efficient. Returned to adjust as required. Excellent solution and service. We have another Broadview awning installed at another location 12 years ago and it is still operating perfectly with little maintenance.

Appalling customer service from start to finish.
Blind ordered in Feb & delivery date given was 6/8 weeks. It was fitted 31 May - an awful lot longer than 6/8 weeks!.
The salesman who took the order gave us the wrong colours/fabrics to choose from, hence 3 weeks wasted. No apology for his incompetence.
Communication almost non existent; we had to chase every time for an answer to a query on delivery/fitting etc.
When the fitters did come, they managed to drill though the skirting board instead of the wall, splitting it.
All in all, poor service throughout (the blind itself is lovely); if there had been any other supplier doing these blinds we would have cancelled it all from the beginning, so unfortunately we would not recommend.

We were very pleased with the whole experience of dealing with Broadview. The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful, the quality of the blinds good, the fitting service quick and efficient - we would not hesitate to use them again

Best company I have ever worked with from initial contact to the final installation. Everybody I dealt with was fully committed to exceeding customer expectation! They are a joy to work with!

The team at Broadview shading solution are just fantastic. I wasn’t sure what type of pergola was right for my property but with Melissa’s expert knowledge and advice, I chose a stunning pergola and I am very happy with it. The whole experience was made easy and fun by their excellent customer service. My calls were always returned and my questions answered. Mike was excellent when he carried out the survey and he took my builder through all the specifics. The installation team were professional and courteous, respected my property and the quality of their product is second to none. Thank you Melissa and the team. Keep up the good work!
