I misjudged the collar sizes for my dogs and had to reorder. Bright Star Buddies not only gave me a substantial discount, they were also super fast in replacing the collars - a perfect fit and soooo beautiful! I really am thrilled. My doggies' groomer so liked their collars that she also put in an order for all three her own dogs.

We had ordered 3 tags over a couple of years. One of them, the resin, lifted. I contacted these guys to let them know, and they have arranged a replacement at no cost in less than 24 hours. Was not expecting that at all. Customer service 100%, and the tags are great too!

I have ordered numerous dog products from this company. I am 100 percent happy with the results. I definitely recommend this company the quality is awesome and extremely durable and washed up like new. My dog attends a farm once a week comes home dirty her bandanna and collar washes up a treat. Charlie is very impressed and mum is pleased to know if Charlie ever wandered her tag is bright, legible and scratch resistant. Her younger bigger sister can be a bit rough and the tag has not been affected. Very pleased. Charlie has a regular size and weighs 5kgs.

A harness is a harness right? Nope definitely not. I’ve purchased 2 harnesses from other sources and was so disappointed in both, either not adjustable or sizing charts were so wrong. Not with Bright Star Buddies. I checked the sizing chart against the breed of dog and then my puppies measurements. They got it perfect! The harness is well made, comfortable feeling and my puppy loves putting her harness on and going walkies. She has her name and contact details on the harness and it looks great on. The harness doesn’t pull on her neck and hugs her beautifully with room for adjustments. There is a wide variety of colours to choose from and the quality doesn’t disappoint. Highly recommended.

We bought our boxer Buster this collar several weeks ago. We ordered the blue and black collar with the white writing. To place the order was simple and the time from order to delivery was excellent. The price was also very good. We highly recommend this product.

I am so happy with the Bright Star Buddies product and furthermore their incredible customer service. The first tag we received, our mischievous puppy managed to ruin so I contacted BSB and they sent me a replacement straight away. We repositioned the collar so Teddy couldn’t destroy and it has been PAWFECT!!!! ( note Teddy can ruin a nuclear submarine )

We ordered the harness with personalised name labels and a blue personalised collar - both are beautifully made and very secure. The personalised collar was scratched by my dog and became hard to read but the customer service was exceptional and a replacement was organised - through no fault of the company! Could not be happier with our products and the intimate service from a family owned business. Thank you!

I purchased a collar for a previous dog and the loop pulled apart when the dog pulled which left the dog able to run away. Gratefully it didn’t.
In a more recent order with a new puppy, the tag snapped off during regular play at a dog park. Their products are simply not well made or very strong. In discussions with CUSTOMER SERVICE there are five star rating on their website is only five stars because they remove any review that is not five stars.

My dog bear two year-old Shih Tzu absolutely loves it. When we go for a walk with the old harness I had to put out of his face. This one he doesn’t touch his face. I love the way he doesn’t choke him. I’m so happy I found this company Brightstar buddies great job. Well done and I definitely be purchasing the second lot. Thank you very much.
