Good experience using brick slips. All products including adhesive, mortar and gun all worked well, arrived on time and happy with finished look.

Helpful, friendly and efficient people.

The delivery arrived a day earlier than told but it wasn't a problem, everything that I ordered was present and I like the look of brick slips.

If you don't live on a street or road that's as wide as the M1, then don't order from these. I ordered £500 worth of brick slips, without any mention anywhere on their website of the fact that the delivery comes on a 18 to 29 tonne lorry. So now I'm faced with waiting 5 business days, after the slips are RTS, which apparently will take 2 days. So today is the 29th of April, so the refund probably won't land back in my account until Friday the 8th of May. I have in the past,had palletised items brought on a pallet truck to my door, by delivery drivers who actually give a s**t. And btw, the person I spoke to on the phone, wants to wake up she sounds like she's half asleep. Anyway. I shall spread the word on social media. And if I don't get the refund in a timely manner, I shall be asking my bank to do a reverse transaction. Really really poor all this.

Update - I've now been told that their chosen delivery firm have said that they cannot even get down the road I live on in a 7.5 tonne vehicle. My weekly bin collection is taken using a 26 tonne collection vehicle, which easily gets down my road, and reverses down. What a set of amateurs.
Update 2 - just called brick slips direct, and they've said that they can deliver in a smaller vehicle no problem. So buying from them now.

Got a message from trust pilot asking me to verify some details to enable this brick slips organisation to know that my review is genuine. They know exactly how genuine it is, I spoke to them enough times. Just waiting now for their reply, so they can start bleeding on about how good they are, and horrible I am. Just ask yourself one question though,,,,, why would anyone go to the trouble of putting a review on like this if they'd had a good experience?. They wouldn't! Oh, and btw bs.co.uk (that's just an abbreviation for brick slips, honest) I've made Pay Pal aware of this request for a refund.

This is a criminal organisation. They've now had £518 of my money for nearly 2 weeks now. Promised me a refund over7 days ago. Rang them today, they've now said it's not been sent to our accounts team, that's a mistake on our part. So said that's not good enough and the ended the call for the second time. So they ve had my money for over 2 weeks now The person that answers the phone is absolutely horrible.

Finally got a refund, but had to put in a formal complaint to pay pal, who must have contacted this lot of Robert Turpins. So they had my money for about 2 weeks.

Delivery took well over a week after being told it would be 3-4 days
No tracking number or who the courier company would be
Lost 2 days work due to this
Emailed a complaint & they couldn’t even be bothered to reply
Asked for delivery charge to be credited to the customer for the inconvenience
But no reply

The brick slips shade we bought was perfect and a great reflection of the web pictures displayed. The mix inside boxes was super and we found only one or two broken slips which is to be expected. Our internal kitchen wall is up and looking fantastic for a very reasonable price.

Smooth process from samples to final order. I would happily recommend and use again.

Probably one of the worse experiences dealing with a company in 20 years of working in the trade. Poor quality products and shocking customer service. I have never receieved such poor quality brick slips and such awful customer services. Reported to trading standards - i wouldn't order from this company at all!

Quite disappointed that I have spent money on a sample, only to be told that they will not be getting the item back in stock. Might have been an idea to tell me beforehand. CS woman didn't offer any alternative either.

Great Bayswater brick slips, we have them either side of our media wall,they look amazing, we had enough left over to do the back wall in our downstairs toilet.

Great service from start to finish. Love the rusticness of the bricks, I chose the old bays water.

With the bricks all being rustic, make sure when you are fitting that you put a level across the top of the row and just pack under the spacers slightly with a bit of card, to ensure it runs in line as you work your way up.

The fast setting adhesive is fast setting, ensure heating is off to prevent drying out quickly. Would recommend if its your fist time installing to not use quick setting or to mix smaller amounts at a time. I run out of adhesive and ended up buying standard setting which you have more flexibility and was alot easier and had more time to install.

Really like the overall finish.
