Penn and Memorial manager Cory is very rude and talks over the paying customer. I would like that call pulled and reviewed by Cory’s supervisor and/or boss and discuss with me. Cory needs more training in customer service. Arguing with a woman over the phone is never a good look for the company.

They are very generous. I needed a complete strut replacement, and they discovered a bad ball joint at the same time. They did the work and provided generous discounts to keep the cost low. The car runs better than ever, and at a price I could afford.

I have been going to the Brakes Plus in Dallas at 4212 N Central Expressway for probably 20 years. Long before it was a Brakes Plus. I keep going back for the customer service. Joe bats it out of the park every time! I always recommend this location and this team to anyone in need of car repairs, an inspection, general maintance - all of it!

One of the best experiences I have ever had. Very professional and completely trustworthy. David and the staff went way above and beyond to help me as a stranded motorist with an immediate extreme auto need. I highly recommend this shop.

Excellent Customer Service/Support from start to finish with a quote for a diesel oil change and tire rotation that was competitive. Will be going back for any other service issues that may arise.

Karina and Aaron were extremely helpful. Karina checked me in immediately when I arrived, and Aaron went to get my vehicle for the alignment. Karina was courteous, pleasant, and professional.
Aaron had the truck on the lift in no time and looked it over to check if anything else needed to be fixed.

Jim took my call about needing brake pads replaced and was able to schedule a same day appointment on a Saturday. I don't know if this availability is normal for this store, but it wasn't busy on this Saturday. Robert was the technician that performed the inspection and replaced my brake pads. It took about an hour and a half or so, and I was on my way. I received friendly service, honest discussion about what the car does and doesn't need, and a good price for everything. I will be returning to this store for future car maintenance. Thanks Jim and Robert!

I brought my truck in for a brake inspection and left extremely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism. Something about the interaction did not sit right with me, so I pulled over shortly after leaving. I discovered a bolt that was nearly falling off — an issue that simply required tightening.

Despite this, I was quoted approximately $700 for upper control arm bushing replacement, which appeared to be completely unnecessary based on what I found. That experience seriously raised concerns about the accuracy of their inspection process and the recommendations being made.

Bradley and the individual managing the service desk did not inspire confidence, and unfortunately, I left feeling that the diagnosis and suggested repairs were not trustworthy. I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before approving expensive repair work here.

Yesterday I decided to make a an appointment for today at 1 pm, I gave them my car at 1 pm and they said they will call when done, I decided to come back at 3:15 and when I arrived nothing has been done, and throughout this they decided to not even apologize, I had to wait 15 minutes just for one of them to come, none of them were busy at all and still decided not to come help me, they didn’t even do my oil change or even my wipers, they just decided to say they were busy and just told me have a good day and not do anything at all.

I needed some guidance on service and rates and met Joseph at Brakes Plus, Ohio Dive, Plano. He was friendly and helpful, wanting to learn why I had stopped by and offered options without any pressure. Joseph showed me the cost of what I was selecting, costs which were lower than a quote at another place, but price was not the only deciding factor. No pressure, no up-selling, just a friendly person being open and honest with me. I’m glad that I stopped by.

I visited the store in Highland Village and Cris and his crew were awesome! Cris listened to what I was looking for and he delivered exactly that. He even flushed the brake fluid as a courtesy at no charge! That is customer service worth acknowledging! Definitely go see Cris and his crew for your brakes!
