Mark was my server and he went right to what I was looking for. He even looked up everything about my car before I gave him the keys and when all was said and done even warned me about my brake pads being low and yes, I checked them after and he was right. He was very helpful and I was very satisfied with what they had done.

I had an amazing experience at Brakes Plus in Brighton, Colorado. I wanted to give a huge thank you to Junior for his honesty and professionalism.

I originally brought my car in because I was told it needed a CV axle replacement that would cost around $618. I was stressed because I couldn’t afford it and even had to apply for a credit card to cover the repair. When I came back to have the work done, Junior took another look and found that the CV axle wasn’t the problem after all.

Instead, he discovered my wheel was dangerously loose because of damaged wheel studs, and that was causing the issue. He fixed the actual problem, and my total came to only about $150 instead of over $600.

It’s rare to find someone who is honest enough to tell a customer they don’t need an expensive repair. John (Jr.) could have easily gone ahead with the original estimate, but instead he did the right thing. He saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me peace of mind knowing my car was repaired correctly.

Schedule brake appt for 11AM, pickup at 5PM. Get the call at 4:45PM that only front brakes needed. Why have an appt at 11AM if it’s not going to be looked at until around 4:30PM? Only 30 mins to do the brakes?? Really?? It was sitting there all frickin day!!! Had high hopes for this place because it had a 4.7/5 rating. Said Bye Bye and left. Going elsewhere

I had 11am appointment but actually dropped it off a little early. I told them I needed it done by 5pm and was told it would be done way before then. At 230pm I called wondering why I had not been contacted yet. Claimed they were waiting for a tech, but again assured me it would be done by 5pm. Finally, at 445pm they called with a quote. Had my vehicle all day and did nothing. Needless to say, I’m taking it elsewhere. So glad I didn’t wait for it. Don’t bring your vehicle here.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Won't get into the 1,000 more they recommended at this point. Left and rear end feels like there is a broken belt in the tire, best I can describe it. Only accelerating at low speeds. Took it back and the said 'it's was in the rotations when you brought it in'. Which equates to them calling me a liar..... I said can you at least add air so the lights go off? 'We would have put in whatever is on the door.' Say I said, you think my air indicators are now off because they weren't on when I got there. Needless to say, I have it in another shop and will post what they find. They are also going through the rest of the recommendations to see if they are legit and I will post outcome. So far, they suck. This is the shop at 192 and Center in West Omaha.

Took my 18 year old truck to Brakes Plus on Nevada in Colorado Spgs. Co. It needed several fixes as most parts were still original. Chris Ford was great. He explained what was wrong, gave me clear estimate of costs, and time frame to fix problems. He did not pressure me and I felt he was honest with suggestions. I will always trust Chris and BP with my truck. He even worked late to make sure I got my truck back that day.

WOW, THIS AUTO SERVICE SHOP IS INCREDIBLE! Don't even hesitate! Pick up the phone and get your appointment-Now!!!!. This auto service provides not only EXPERT BRAKE SERVICE AT A BELOW DEALER BILLING RATE, but they have superb expertise in general car repairs. Recently when our desert summer began to heat up I started out by turning on by 2019 Corola's AC. There suddenly was a mysterious rumble coming from under the dash! I was bewildered that the car's AC had completely failed. Desperate to resolve this car problem ASAP, I drove right to my BRAKES PLUS Gilbert Higly area shop and asked to have my car's AC inspected. They took my car right in while I walked over to the neighboring McDonald's for a cool drink. I walked right back to the shop and to my surprise my car was parked back outside! I went up to the counter and the Manager said, "It's fixed!" I said, "What was wrong?" He said, "We opened up the unit and found it crammed with tree leaves!, we blew it out AND you're good to go - NO CHARGE!" WOW, I was mentally prepared to buy a new AC or necessary repairs to get me through a hot desert summer!

I heard good stuff about brakes plus in casa grande so I took my car which had a shaking steering wheel the employee Leo was super nice and got my car fixed and I asked please test drive after... I was almost in an accident because my pedal went all the way down me thinking what the hell I don’t know about cars. It was late and they were closing so Had to call my son who drove down from Maricopa at 8pm please check my car he was super mad because it had air in the lines and he said the hardware after new brakes wasn’t changed out either. He said there should not of a been air if they knew what they were doing. My son said make them refund you but the job was done regardless I just want them to please test drive after. It was a scary moment when my car wouldn’t stop right away. After getting the air out I’m back on the road with good smooth brakes. Just sharing my experience… Thank you #23015105013

THE best in Lincoln! These guys are fast, reliable, trustworthy & EFFICIENT!! Very honest men. And they will not short you service or “steal your money” they honestly give out top tier service. I am referring everybody to this specific shop!

If you need any kind of maintenance on your car/truck take it anywhere but here or even do it yourself. I brought my truck there once for a simple oil change and they sent me on my way 3qts short on oil and didn’t change the filter. These bozos don’t know what they are doing at all especially the manager tanner. He tried fishing for more work to be done than what it was brought in for and work it didn’t even need than tried upcharging me for the basic work that they couldn’t even do properly. I even watched them hit another customers car and then try to tell them that the damage was always that bad and that’s how it was brought in. I’ll never bring another vehicle to these morons and highly recommend others to find a different shop because these clowns are just going to make things worse and scam you for more money.

Great location for car repair! The employees were professional, nice, and knowledgeable. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. 100% recommend!

Took over 2 hours for an oil change appointment and the waiting room's ambient temperature is about 80°. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if its going to take as long as a walk-in anyways? I'm never coming back to this location.

Worst mechanic shop/ Rip Off/ Scam ever! I will post 1 pic to show a pressure test done and they actually diagnosed it and that brakes aren't done! Rest for court though

First time I came in here was for brakes and possible rotors. They told me I needed only front brakes pads and rotors. I went in just for this and so I knew what else was wrong before even having them do the brakes and rotors. No reason to waist money if the vehicle has anything big like a cracked head!

You don't fix things if there is something major wrong I could have returned the vehicle at this point and gotten my money back of $1,750. Thats why I came in was to get inspected!!!

So I drove it back and let it sit til I came back to fix the issues. Each time I would say make sure to fix the over heating issue because I don't want to spend money on anything else unless its for sure done. Each time they would guarantee the issue was fixed and would then do other work.

2 things had to be fixed including (Axle & ABS) because they broke them! ABS was a clean cut and they still sent me and I had to bring it back but also go figure the over heating was still there.

Last 2 times I was completely stranded next to them because my vehicle immediately over heated. When they replaced the water pump, I knew not to leave and stayed until the check engine came on. 3 minutes like usual and I went right in and said check engine light is back on and you said you fixed it!

He came out and said oh no I guarantee your car is fixed and won't over heat again but that codes popped up about the computer... WHY did you not say anything and was going to let me drive off not knowing? Can't recall his excuse but he did then let me take a pic of it after!

Of course car over heats immediately. I go in and speak to Jeff the manager and he is like we fixed everything. Then why is my vehicle still over heating? Jeff says oh he told you when you were leaving that you have a cracked head when he did

Why would I have all that work done if there was a cracked head! You guaranteed you fixed the issue more then once and kept telling that so you could do a whole bunch of work that is worthless with a cracked head!!!?

So they misdiagnosed, they claim to tell me after (I would not have tipped had I been told that). Either way you charged a lot of money for NO reason! Had you diagnosed it correctly I would have returned it and not put a dime into it!

Went to another mechanic shop across from them. They were like yeah we did the test and its a cracked head. They also noted 7 on brakes in front and 0 on back meaning they weren't even done!

This is when I am now mad and know not only did they lie and maybe made the vehicle worst, they straight up didn't do some of the work paid for!

I also had another mechanic have to come out since I could not make it to that mechanic shop again since my attorney wanted more details.

Wait til you read the 2nd mechanics! They also let something up so it was dumping out antifreeze like crazy and I have videos of that and interactions with brake plus.

The mechanic did not show so I was stranded for 2 days because I didn't want to not have enough money for the vehicle or it get towed since its a nice area. They told me they replaced the 2 screws that were stripped from before purchase and those also were still stripped. Why say oh I have a few extra so I will just do it if you aren't going to?

I reported the issue to their customer service and Jeff did call but even with him saying yes we should have diagnosed it correctly and given you all the info they had, he just plays games.

If you ever have these issues, keep everything, record, take pics and videos. Also know the 3 times rule and that doesn't just include 3 times the amount for the bad work but for any losses and more.

1st report and file a complaint with AID (Colorado Auto Industry Division)
2nd BBB
3rd Colorado Attorney General

Then once thats done, take them to court and include attorney fees!

Only mechanic shop I have ever been ripped off from! Go anywhere else so you don't get scammed!

Friendly, helpful, professional, and honest. I walked away a little more educated about my truck.
I am very glad this shop is in my neighborhood.
I also learned that they do a lot more than just brakes.

I have taken both of my Sentras to Brakes Plus for multiple oil changes, new shocks and new brakes. Jeff has always taken such good care of me and my cars that I am location loyal to the Brakes Plus where he work. My interactions with him have made me feel like I am more than just a customer to him. Jeff on multiple occasions has asked me if I had any coupons, which I haven't at the time, and he has managed to find one for me on those occasions so that I was able to save money on the service performed on my car. Jeff's exemplary service makes him an outstanding representative for Brakes Plus and he definitely deserve any accolades he receives. I will continue to be location loyal because of him. Keep up the excellent work Jeff. It is a pleasure doing business with you.

Chris and his team are remarkable. Even though I have a warranty on my van, I take my van to Chris to get it checked out and diagnosed before stepping foot on the dealership lot. They give me confidence in heading to the dealership to let them know what is wrong with the vehicle. I trust Chris and his team ALWAYS and for everything! They are in it for the customer and I admire their honesty. My oldest even goes to BP in Highland Village for everything with her car. I look forward to all experiences I encounter with the team at BP Highland Village. A sincere “Thank you!”

I've been going to this store for a few years now. They always are professional and courteous, and ALWAYS do a great job! Anybody looking for a great experience should try this place first!
