My wife and I recently moved to Texas, and we needed emissions tests as part of the process to get our drivers' licenses. I did some research and found Brakes Plus had terrific reviews. Those reviews were spot-on. Lyndi and her colleagues were very friendly, and quickly and efficiently finished their work on our vehicles. I am pleased enough that I will start taking our cars to Brakes Plus for our routine maintenance.

Brett at the Anderson Mill location was very knowledgeable and explained everything he felt the car needed. He figured the cost up front and gave the total before the services were done. Very friendly place.

So I called the day before to set an appointment for the next day for 9am I was on time sat and wait for an hr and a half car still wasn’t touched I told the guy I can’t wait anymore he said he can set it for midday I said fine came in at midday and minutes later they started another car and ignored mine. They are so rude and unprofessional

Lleve mi auto por un canvio de aceite y el aireAC estava funciinando vien pero al salir de alli me dijieron que mi auto tenia una fuga queriendome cobrar 2.000 dolares lo cual es una locura mi auto es una gmc 2018 que funcionava vien me dañaron mi auto y chekiaron cosas sin mi autorisacion regrese por una respuesta y cosas de la vida me dijieron que la persona que trabajo en mi auto ya avia sido despedido ...pesimo lugar

We visited the store @2204 Pratt Ave, Bellevue NE. We would give them a perfect 10 if we could. Special thanks to store manager (William I think is his name (sorry if I have that wrong), Ian, and service advisor Shawn. The team worked the better part of the day to repair our vehicle's issue. The professionalism is topnotch. The communication and customer service was just wonderful. Considering the nature of the issue at hand, everything was done in a timely manner. All previous warranties were honored. We will definitely recommend and come back to this location.

These guys went above and beyond to make sure my breaks are working smooth! Thank you, and I highly recommend.

My experience with BRAKES PLUS on 6635 W. Bell Rd l, Glendale met more than my EXPECTATIONS that I received making me feel that SAFETY was their utmost priority. WILLIE G worked up a package affordable and applied coupons for me to complete all my repairs (front and back brakes, replace belts, brake fluid flush, and coolant flush) in ONE SHOT while JAMES my technician was more than knowledgeable of the repairs/replacements! WILLIE G showed me the front and back brakes and explained the repairs. I was kept up- to-date on my car repairs from IRA SENA the store manager as the staff continued to service other customers.
My rating for BRAKES PLUS is a 5 STAR but if rating was 1-10 being 10 the highest I would make it a 10 STAR.
I will be going back next week for more service on my vehicle!

I have brought my wife’s car into this store 2 times now for loud squealing brakes when backing up. Each time we were told they did not find anything wrong nor did they hear them squealing.
I was not going to take it back to them again, so I took it to an independent mechanic.
He found that the brake pads had been put in BACKWARDS. No lubrication was observed anywhere and rotors showed signs of corrosion. Complete pads and rotors were replaced in 2025 by Brakes Plus.
Don’t trust them- Not going back.

Super friendly customer service at the Haslet store. They were attentive, kept me informed, and had my service done in a reasonable time.
