They even tolerated an unreasonable neighbour!
Ordered 4 sheets of plasterboard which is normally a pain to collect - Bradfords delivered to my door. Delivery driver called Gary dropped them off, parking right next to the door and had to explain to an unreasonable neighbour (who could take a 2min detour round the block, but insisted the van be moved!) that we would only be a couple of minutes. Gary then helped me handball them into the house. Absolute legend, made my life MUCH easier. 100% recommend.

Great service!
Service is great and the staff are always willing to help and recommend the right product for the job. Would be 5 stars except for the annoying website redirect bug that keeps on creating a "Too many redirects" error when searching for products.

BARNSTAPLE depot - (not visible in the drop down list) Despite freezing weather there was no delay in a chap coming out to help me when he saw me in the yard measuring dumpy bags of soil. I placed my order on-line (very easy website). Before I placed my order I called the branch. A very helpful lady gave me all the info. I needed to open an account (so easy, only took 5 minutes) which saved me a nice chunk of money. The delivery was made exactly to my detailed specifications. Access to my property is down a steep, narrow muddy lane, which often deters other drivers in big vehicles, but not Keir the driver (fantastic asset to Bradfords) who was exceptionally helpful, cheerful and dexterous with his crane lorry placing the 10 dumpy bags where I needed them. Great team, thanks everyone!
