Disappointed
Up until today I would have given a 5 * review as always found staff really helpful and friendly. We recently started a patio using Appena slabs. When we went back to get more to finish the job we’re told they were being discontinued and our local branch at Dorchester did not have any so at the weekend we went to Blandford to see if the batch of Appena slabs they had matched ours which they did. We asked if they could reserve the 30 they had and would pay in a couple of days and arrange delivery. We rang today and were told they had been sold so now we have a half finished patio and no available slabs locally. So disappointing and due to this will not be using you in the future.
