Bradfords - Malvern BBS Omdömen

Great prices, quick delivery.

Helpful pleasant staff
Friendly courteous delivery driver

Simple and straight forward ordering with prompt delivery

I was able to find what I needed from the yard, quickly and it was reasonably priced. Trade counter was quiet so service was quick and helpful.

Easy to find what I needed on the web-site and ordering was straightforward.

Delivery took a couple of days and the delivery driver was excellent.

Good service from front desk but website listed length that is no longer stocked so ended up with wasted timber but at the shorter length price.

Ordered 3 lengths of skirting board when delivered 1 length was the wrong profile rang up was told I'd get a call back regarding the replacement, didn't get a call and 2 days later the correct skirting board was delivered whilst I was out. Also the skirting board delivered is poor quality with many knot holes, knots missing leaving holes and split in places.

Excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble helping find what I was looking for, which, as a non-trades person was much appreciated.

Dealing with the team at Malvern Branch was a delight. Friendly & helpful with a good sense of humour.

Easy to order on the website.
Notification of delivery in advance.

Service has always been spot on and this latest delivery is no different. It is never easy for the driver to unload at my address using the Hiab on his lorry due to overhead cables. The care Bradfords take is first rate and everything arrived without damage and well protected. The quality of the wood sheeting I ordered is excellent and very reasonably priced. I am very satisfied and will continue to use them in the future.

A few times I've purchased from Bradford's malvern, always an easy process and great communication

super fast delivery, ordered on Thursday evening and came Friday morning!! Staff also very helpful, will be coming back to finish the rest of my garden of!!

The goods were delivered in less two days from ordering so excellent service.

I found the members of staff very helpful in person and online.

Good advice when placing my order for an Oak external stable door. Delivered earlier than expected as there was one in stock at the Depot and it arrived today well within the notified delivery slot.
The quality of both the door and the hardwood frame are excellent with no flaws and the value for money compared with others I researched is really good too.
Overall, I would thoroughly recommend using Bradfords Building Supplies.

I was contacted with date/time of delivery. All went without a hitch.

Absolutely amazing service from these guys - can't recommend them enough!
I chatted with someone online to help me confirm what I wanted before I placed my order. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.
I ordered late on a Thursday evening, and had a call on Friday from Josh letting me know that my order would be delivered on Monday. This morning I had a text with an ETA for the delivery, which arrived within the 3 hour time frame. The man delivering my bags of stones also carried them down my drive to the back gate for me - 9 bags weighing 25kg each! And he did so with a warm smile - no problem at all for him!
I can't believe i haven't used Bradfords before, but it will definitely be my first port of call next time! Really good prices too!
Am very pleased. Thank you!
