We do apologise for the delayed delivery. Royal Mail are usually impeccable when it comes to delivery estimation, however last week there have been numerous disruptions throughout the UK related to Covid-19.

Fantastic quality and customer services
Ordered my monthly subscription whereby the communication was great in letting me know when my mystery shirt would arrive.
Got a great quality and rare shirt but I ordered a medium which was very tight (my fault) but I emailed BoxToBox who said they’ll replace straight away and upgrade my subscription - highly recommended!

Little changes could make big difference
Love the service and shirt, little sweet packet and cards aren’t needed… ideally would like to have some info on the shirt and team as a fact file for example, other than that, will be keeping my monthly subscription

Salt in the wound 😂
I was really pleased with how quick my shirt came and was pleasantly surprised to receive a shirt from the 19/20 premier league season just a shame it was a Manchester City shirt and I am a Manchester United fan.

Beautiful packaging
Beautiful packaging, included items such as sweets and player cards which was such a nice touch, they also included a card telling me what the team was and the season it was used in and for me this just sets it out from the competition, can’t wait for next months order, brilliant shirt

19th of March - You placed an order with us.
22nd of March - Your parcel was dispatched.
24th of March (9:17am) - Delivery received and signed at the address provided.
