Ordered some gloves and tees from 118 Golf on 11th Nov 2014. Received nothing after around two weeks so called and was assured my order would go out in next couple of days. The gloves arrived around the end of November but no tees. No communication from 118golf at all after initial order confirmation. On Dec 5th raised a dispute with PayPal. Got notification of tees being shipped 10 days later and they then arrived.
There is so much competition out there that offer brilliant customer service on golf products (many don't even charge delivery unlike 118golf) that I see no earthly reason ever to trouble 118golf with my custom again.

Go to another supplier and save yourself a load of angst.

So helpful if advice sought. Fast service using courier. Prices competitive. What else does one need.

The website is easy to use and very straightforward to find what you are looking for. Ordering process simple enough and everything was dispatched and delivered very promptly.

Goods arrived as discribed.

After returing a rain jacket i am waiting almost 2 months now for my refund. No reaction on several e-mails and when i try to call them i get the message: "this mail box is full, goodbye".

This is a review of JUST the recent purchase. It was not up to the usual standard, communication was slow, and the product was not up to the usual standard. I bought a TaylowMade Porsche 3 wood and 5 wood, I have previously bought a TaylorMade Driver and Hybrid and there were parts missing. Not really a big deal in terms of playing with the club, but I feel I should have been told.
This (Hopefully) will be a one off and I will continue to buy from 118golf.

The golf bag rain cape, although highlighted as currently out of stock, arrived within 3 days. There was a delay of a couple of weeks before I received an email asking if the rain cape had been received, and if so, they would despatch the head covers. Not sure why it was dont this way, but in the end all was well with the order.

Ordered on the Thursday received goods on Friday. Excellent service

All good. Ordered some balls. The nxt tour ones weren't current season ones but no real issue with that.

This is the first time I have bought from 118golf and I'm sure it won't be the last. I recently bought a Titleist StaDry golf bag and found 118golf to be the cheapest price anywhere.
When this happens, there's normally a hitch! Not in this case, the bag was in stock and within minutes of paying for the bag over the phone, it was disptached. I ordered it on a Friday afternoon and I received it by midday the following Monday.
In summary, thank you 118golf - keep up the great service!!!

I was a bit suspect about delivery time of my order when I read the reviews. As I was in know hurry I thought sod it will come sooner or later. Ordered it on Friday arrived Tuesday considering weekend in between and they quoted 3-5 working days can't be faulted

I was overall pleased with the service. I purchased two items, and paid for next day delivery. One of the items duly turned up on time, but the other did not. When I chased it up, I was told it was out of stock - disappointing that this was not communicated to me.

However, the response to this error was immediate and satisfactory. A replacement item (at slightly higher cost, which was not charged to me) was shipped the same day.

Will definitely use again.

I bought a lightweight golf bag from 118 golf and unfortunately I wasn't able to specify my preferred delivery option (or I may have missed it on their site) so a phone call the following day sorted the problem with my bag arriving the following day. I bought the Titliest lightweight trolly bag as a holiday bag and it is just the job

Frustrated because I didn't know how my order was progressing.
Seemed to have to do the chasing to find out about my order.
Tried to call 118 a couple of days after the order, there was no answer just 'this mail box is full'. At the same time my e-mails were also returned!
Eventually got through, although delivery took 8 days instead of the 5 to 7 as promised.
Very pleased with the product though....
