I used 118golf for the first time to buy some balls. Everything worked as an on line transaction should. I will use them again.

Read a few bad reviews about this site but I have to say they were fantastic responded to my query very prompt and item was with me when they said.one happy customer. Not to mention they were the cheapest as well.

Ordered a golf club on wed 13th August to be delivered within 5-7 working days. Waited the full 7 working days and phoned 118 golf on fri 22nd August. Call was answered by a guy who explained that no operators were available to take my call however took my details and assured me i'd receive a call back. Still waiting on that call....and still no club. Disappointed and concerned about my money

Would have been a 5 Star, but had to wait a couple of days for 1 item, but it arrived without the promised 5-7 days

I have 2 orders with this site so far. First one with balls and an umbrella holder(basic stock) took 11 days to be delivered. The second one a golf bag cover was ordered 14 days ago and still not shipped. The 3 times I called up to check progress they just kept saying it will be shipped in a few days......
Also the items I have received so far have all had damaged packaging, so wouldn't be ordering anything from them as a present for anyone.
From what I have read about them since I put in the orders, I believe they don't keep big stock so more than likely you will be waiting.............. If you don't mind waiting then yeah sure go for it.

I needed to purchase a new battery for my Powercaddy trolley and this site was one of the cheapest with free delivery and then they gave my 15% off, so I bought some balls in a sale and I had 15% off these as well.

I will wait for sales in future and money off codes

Purchased a new golf bag on the site this past week. Compettitve list price less discount (if you sign up to their newsletter and wait for their deals / discount vouchers) plus 12 free Nike PD Long golf balls on their Nike Performance II cart bag = bargain!!

Anyway - getting sidetracked. After seeing the past reviews you do get quite nervous when you don't get regular updates on your order. Whether the site doesn't have the manpower to send out frequent reminders on your order status, or whether they prefer not to clog your inbox with mail, it does make a for a tense wait. Checking the order status on the site is no more helpful as it just says 'processing order' - haha. But that aside, it wasn't long before i received notification that the order was enroute - all received within the SLA stated at time of order.

Ps. not sure why a lot of people order golf shoes online.. especially if they keep ordering the wrong size. Yes. the discounts are better online, but if you're clever and register with Direct Golf (for example) and opt in for text alerts, they're always sending 20% codes to use in store (just bring in your phone and show the text). Online pricing with in store re-assurance that you're getting a shoe that fits!

Again - off topic. Sorry! I am happy i went with 118Golf.. got my bag for less than £100.00 with free golf balls. Received in good time & packaged well. I will definitely use them again.

Always worth checking the price and availability of whatever it is you want on 118golf because 8 times out of 10 they will will be cheaper that American Golf or other online retailers. And their customer service, delivery and follow up are rock solid.

Ordered online with a PGA discount, delivered two days later as described. Excellent service

Ordered a pair of shoes on the Tuesday, delivered on the Thursday. Just as described and considerably cheaper than I could find in the shops or anywhere on line.

The product arrived within the expected time. It was well packed and exactly what I had ordered. No criticism to make. I would unreservedly recommend this company based on this one buying experience.

The clubs were well described, easy to order and were delivered in perfect condition very quickly. An excellent deal all round for me.
