Really good service
Really good service, never had a problem with the company at all. If ever I needed to contact them, they were lovely to deal with and super timely and helpful in their responses. With a few competitors out there, I think the customer service provided by boxtobox really is what makes them stand above the rest.

Excellent Customer Service!
I had an issue with the sizing of my shirt and they were very accommodating in sorting this issue out. Everything was done very fast and I was kept well informed via their emails, I honestly cannot recommend them enough!

Recommended for any football fan/shirt collector
Delighted with my subscription to boxtobox, I was struggling to find a random shirt website that done a rolling subscription and managed to find boxtobox. The price is about the same (probably cheaper in most cases) as you would spend on a shirt from a shop. Good ability to choose teams you don't want to get, and when they arrive you get a nice little bag of haribos and on occasion a packet of Panini stickers.
100% recommend to anyone

Amazing company! Ordered for a Christmas present and it hadn’t arrived in the time frame it should. I emailed and they replied straight away to send out another one by signed delivery. Outstanding customer service and beautiful gift wrapping too!! I couldn’t recommend enough!!!
