Excellent Process

Asked for furniture to be collected. Offered date quickly. Kept up to date with ETA for collection. Arrived on time and moved items easily. Very good service.

Respectful and efficient

This is the second time that Boxmove have collected furniture from me recently. Sam and Luke arrived at the scheduled time. They were careful removing the large heavy items out of my home onto the van. Respectful, Polite and friendly. Thank you.

I would recommend

Hi the guys collected to Sofas. Plenty of notice of when they’d arrive with an hours window. Including half an hour or notice. The guys were friendly got the job done in a timely manner. Excellent

Excellent service

I was very impressed with the whole process. The form was easy to fill in, photos were easily uploaded and within a few minutes there was excellent communication from Boxmove.
The chaps who came to collect the furniture were lovely.

On time delivery

Guys arrived on time - message sent prior to arrival. Helped unload a very heavy item. Friendly and very helpful

Friendly, efficient staff

Boxmove were picking up some items donated to charity. Received good communication re pick up time and subsequent updates. Matthew and Nqobile were friendly, helpful and efficient!! Excellent service!!
