Delivery complaint!

Recently had a cupboard delivered from Sue Ryder shop in Burscough by Boxmove and the delivery guys damaged an antique cupboard during the delivery.
Company are now saying we are outside a claims period that we were never informed about and so they won’t address the damaged caused by them.
They also failed to respond to our first complaint email.
Poor customer service!

I was kept up to date in arrival time, which was very much appreciated. Two men that picked item up were friendly and professional.

Well done 👏🏻

Helpful staff on the telephone pointed us in the right direction to have our sofa collected. Booking system on-line was easy to navigate and photos uploaded easily.
Communication via email was excellent and the tracking on-line for collection was spot on and very helpful!
The men who collected our sofa were respectful of our property and friendly. We would definitely use this service again- well done 👏🏻!

excellent service

Made a phone call to Sue Ryder furniture store ,to arrange donating some items that we needed to clear. we were given a collection date straight away &told it will be Boxmove who collect . they sent a text with a link to post some photos. The evening prior to collection had a text confirmation of time slot. On the actual day had a text to say they were on their way the 2 man team were very good & polite,showed them where the items were & they brought everything downstairs & loaded the van which didn't take long.. well recommended if you want to donate items & they can re sell in the store & the money will go to a good cause. Worth a mention i did enquire at another well known charity furniture shop & although you are donating items free they will collect them but you have to lift everything outside on collection day as their team won't come into your home for it., Yet Sue ryder do.

Great service from the Bristol South team

I was donating furniture belonging to a late family member so wanted it to go to a good cause. Having a home pick-up enabled me to do so with peace of mind. Simon and Chris from the Bristol South team were friendly and efficient. They handled everything with care - great service! Highly recommend.
