I agree with the one star reviews. Awful customer service, no response to emails or request for updates. No orders delivered and no follow up provided. They spoiled Christmas for me. I will not be using them ever again.

Would give no stars if I could, use this company at your peril, you don’t receive your order and no one responds to phone or e-mail, in fact starting to think it’s just a scam, and if you look through the reviews you will see this is how they operate, take no notice of trust pilots 4 out of 5, I can only think they write their own positive reviews! Shocking ! You will lose you money, you have been warned,

I bought 3 x port and cheese hampers for my family to have on the lead up to Christmas. I'm happy to say that they thought the hampers were fantasic. Will definitely use again .

Awful experience - support couldn't care less. 12 days and 2 orders allegedly shipped to me, neither arrived and support now unobtainable. They promised they would correct the issue but haven't. Most annoyingly they have been aware of the delivery problems for 10 days and have done nothing to fix them. Disgraceful service, disgraceful support. Never again.

Wrong order, wrong delivery and missing items.
I order 3 identical hampers for Christmas presents for colleagues to go to 3 different addresses with 3 individual and personalised messages.
1 of the orders went to 1 person with the wrong message, 1 arrived and 1 didn't arrive at all despite Yodel saying they had delivered!

I have emailed twice now to the customer service team and wanted to give them the opportunity to reply and refund however I still have not heard anything so hence this review.

I have another item from Fodabox out for delivery to my niece so I am really hoping that one gets delivered otherwise I will be back on here.

Its a shame as the products are generally good , but next year I will be defaulting to my usual vendor who I can trust.

Paid for express delivery, item is still not here, yesterday was the latest it should have arrived. Can't get hold of customer service and haven't even had a confirmation email saying the order has been dispatched, when I try to track it apparently my order number doesn't exist. I loved this company when it was Borough Box, not a clue what's going on now. If anyone from FodaBox is reading this review do yourselves a favour and refund me ASAP please, thanks.

Just received an order of the gin tasting box and I must say I’m really disappointed by how poorly presented this when you charge such a premium. (£65)!!
The gins turned up in a battered cardboard box with the gins inside barely secured- without any presentation what so ever.
Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

Very happy with my experience. The website was easy to navigate and I quickly found a great birthday gift. Being able to select a delivery date was appreciated, and the delivery was easy to follow via online tracking. The recipient was thrilled with her gift box, which was beautifully presented and I consider it to be great value for money.

I placed an order on the 7th September for my sons birthday and he still haven’t received it , over a month , every time I message them I have no reply . I have emailed corporate and did get a answer to say they would get to the bottom of it and then my email disappeared , I paid £60 , and I would now like a refund !!

Very poor - I ordered a gift box and paid extra for next day delivery (on a specified day), as it was time sensitive. It took 3 working days to arrive (5 days in total), and the recipient was no longer there.

I was refunded postage only, which wasn't particularly appreciated when I'd wasted £30!

Be aware that this company use Yodel, not a reputable courier.

Great customer service saved Yodel's mistake.

I ordered a number of gift boxes with drinks and snacks for a virtual welcome drinks. The box for the new hire was lost in Yodel's depot, and wasn't going to arrive in time for the drinks. One email to Borough Box customer service to explain, and they quickly sent out a same-day box to save our welcome party. Fantastic!

Received a "London Craft Beer and Snacks Box for fathers day
The box ( black pine looks grate) however the selection of beer was not what I expected, as the six beers that I got two where the same (Porter) and 2 where from the same brewery - Crate.
No Local Kolsch or XPA, therefore my promised fantastic selection did not hit my expectations.

It was a great pleasure to work with Borough Box. We decided to organise customised gifts for employees and they created wonderful, unique hampers for everyone.

Website is awful - took me over an hour to order. Very difficult to input a different delivery and billing address and product wouldn't add to the basket even though it said it was available. But worse was the gift I'd ordered arrived 3 days late even though I'd specified a certain date. My dad therefore didn't get his birthday gift in time. I was very upset and their customer service very unapologetic. I will not be buying from them again!!!

Terrible service, from BoroughBox and their suppliers. I placed an order a month ago, which still hasn't arrived. I've been offered a refund which they have failed to follow through on, and I've requested a refund which has been ignored. Please avoid them.

Update: in their reply, BoroughBox state that an attempt was made to deliver my order but that noone was home. This is untrue - no delivery attempts have been made whatsoever.

I would give this no stars if I could. I would avoid this company, they lost my order and refused to send out another hamper or refund the money. Extremely disappointed with their Customer service, whereby I also had to chase them up for a follow up response. I'm currently out of pocket and I had to log a complaint, but heard no response.

Ordered a cocktail box for my son, to be delivered to his address for his birthday. Paid the extra for express delivery (guarantee delivery within 3 days). Didn’t arrive for 7 days, by which time it was obviously too late. They refunded the additional postage costs. Hey ho. Won’t use again. They obviously can’t cope with the orders.

Rebecca was absolutely fantastic from start to finish with her customer service and made me feel super valued every time we spoke.

This was my first time ordering & it was a large order for a virtual work event and even though there was one or two very minor problems, Rebecca was there to help resolve every issue with nothing but patience and politeness - so thank you Rebeeca!

Also, the snacks and drinks were lovely so that was also a bonus!

I wanted to place a large order and Rebecca from the Corporate team made everything super easy. They have a wide selection of gift boxes, so you can choose something to suit taste and budget and having placed the order, all the boxes were delivered within 48hrs. Nicely packed and high quality contents. Extremely satisfied and would definitely buy again. Thanks to Rebecca and the Boroughbox team.

I came across BoroughBox whilst looking for options for virtual events with clients. A good variety of products, we ordered a G&T box kit for our guests. Rebecca was extremely helpful from the beginning, answering all my questions, providing me with alternatives, as we wanted to change a few elements. All the boxes arrived in time. The clients were pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed it.
We will definitely be ordering from BoroughBox again.
