It’s hard to get in touch with the store. Mes do sage answers only. Only email to communicate and does not respond in timely manner. You cannot return the merchandise and get refund. Given 2 options only which is to change size or store credit. Poor customer service.

the listing for temporary tattoos was misleading. The site charges $36 for a temporary tattoo listing, but what I thought was a dozen sheet pack, was actually a bunch of single sheet listings, at $36 per single sheet. These sell for $0.36 (that's 36 _cents_) each on Alibaba.

I still have not recieved my product. I noticed reviews from your store all reflect the same sentiment. "Delivery is terrible" If you want repeat customers, a good business solution would be to fix this. I ordered this way before christmas and it is still not here, it was a part of the gifts for our 20th anniversary and it was a big let down not to have it. Tracking still says Partial Delivery, wth that means, but this experience has not given me faith, even though I paid extra money for delivery. I would like the extra delivery fees refunded.

Ordered 2 items at the same time, one of the items arrived right at my doorstep a week later. The other items shipped after one week, and when I check the tracking info, it says it was sent back to warehouse because of false contact info..? In my opinion, this site isnt worth the headache.. considering youre already paying for overpriced Chinese crap

I just received this top, took it out of the Paige and the rows of feathers are already coming unstitched. The quality is so poor. The fit is completely off. Nothing about this is wearable.

I bought a hanging toiletry bag for $55, which was on sale. The item was totally misrepresented! It is a cheap bag... you can buy a better one in CVS or Target much nicer and certainly much cheaper.
I was given the option for store credit or an exchange.... neither choice was acceptable. I INSISTED ON GETTING A FULL REFUND...and got it.

Your product is not what I expected. The
gloves are flimsy and cheaply made crap from China. The material is thin and synthetic. Very poor quality.False advertising. I got scammed.

Terrible service as I cannot get any help on my order. I ordered a pair of socks on December 13 and all it keeps saying is they are in transit but I can’t get any information on where they are. Christmas has come and gone. I have shared this problem with you numerous times and you provide zero help on locating my order which I no longer want as I ordered in plenty of times and you for Christmas delivery. My item is clearly lost so please refund my credo card

VERY DISAPPOINTED I did not receive my packages before Christmas as planned. December 27th they arrived but everyone left to go back to their home states. The fur scarfs are beautiful just wish they would have arrived earlier to be presented to the ladies.
