I ordered 2 swimsuits. After a week - nothing moved from my order so I contacted them on Whatsapp. They replied saying that the items are not available making me think it's both so I requested a refund. They keep pushing you to choose something else. The order should NEVER be confirmed if the items are not available. They should not even be on the site let alone accept the order.
They give very ambiguous answers and you never know where you are with them. Never again will I even look at their site again - and btw - no one has confirmed that my refund is coming yet.

I purchased three items using the size chart on their website. All three were marked as medium, but when I tried them on, they fit smaller than a small.
I spent about $100, including $7.99 for shipping. When I requested a return, the company provided an address in China and told me they would not refund the original shipping charge or pay for return shipping. The least expensive tracked shipping option with signature confirmation was about $40. Including the original shipping fee, I would have spent nearly $50 just to receive a refund of around $80 minus $50 = $30. Returning the items did not make financial sense, so I ended up losing my money.
Be very careful when ordering from this company. Their sizing runs extremely small, so consider ordering at least two sizes larger. Also, review the return policy and return address before purchasing, because international return shipping can be very expensive.

Hola! Sentimos mucho que tengas este inconveniente con tu faja. Es muy molesto cuando la prenda se sube hacia las piernas al ponértela. El deslizamiento hacia arriba puede ocurrir cuando la talla es muy grande, o el corte del modelo no se adapta a tus curvas.

I ordered a post surgery compression vest and I have not received it.
They are telling me that I did not put an address.
If I didn’t put an address then why did they still shipped it out, it doesn’t makes sense to me.
Why shipped it out with no address on it.
And now they say they can not offer a refund to me, only a 30% for my next purchase.
