Scam,

I ordered jeans it took two weeks or more to receive.The description and size chart off and did not fit .when I emailed for return they said I had to do it myself and it would be better to get 20% off.Very bad customer experience.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ OR TIME! I just wanted to exchange the items I ordered. I based on their measurements, but they are incorrect. I was told to give the 2 items to a family/friend and they would give me a discount on my next purchase. They said I would have to pay return fees and mail them back to China, and it is a "complex and expensive " process.
I am appalled and shocked this is the level of response I get. It says on their website I have a 30 day exchange-return window. I just wanted to return these two items and get my money back. I'm extremely disappointed and will never ever order from them again!

The experience was horrible; first, you sell your merchandise coming from China which took 2-3 weeks to arrive and the worst was that it didn’t fit; secondly, I sent an email to try and get a return label, you don’t provide it and thirdly, I was told I had to pay the return fee and the additional fee for taxes. This situation obviously obliges the customer to keep the merchandise since the cost of return is more than the merchandise.

Poor product quality, and every time I attempt to get an address to return the product for a refund, they will not provide it. They only offer a discount on your next purchase. Well, I will never order from the company again, so I certainly don’t need a discount on a future order. I just needed my money returned.

The only bad thing is the arrival. It takes forever a month and a half. The pants that I bought they were perfect to the fit. Now a bought some panties and still waiting.

I wantedcto return two items that are nor correct, after i asked to cancel order. It was stalled and shipped when I asked cancellation before it shipped. Received it, items need to return two and am being stalled on return label , going against policy promotion. Misleading customer service. I wont buy again.

Malísima y muy inconforme pedí una faja panty y me quedó grande, quise tramitar la devolución y me dijeron que no se puede que al ser una prenda interior no se puede , entonces me pregunto por qué al momento de hacer la compra, no lo aclaran , pero en cambio lo que sí resaltan es que se puede realizar la devolución y gratuita.

Compre un body largo y me mandaron uno corto mande mensajes y me contestaron el primero que lo sentían que me mandarían como hacer devolucion hasta hoy no me han mandado nada espero que contesten

Cheap quality. They will give you the run around when it comes to returns. They will tell you that the postage is more than what you ordered.
