My Experience of Boostworks
I have used the Boostworks Platform for many years now and have probably saved myself many hundreds if not thousands of pounds. Throughout this time I have never received anything other than an exceptional service in all respects. The range of discounts is excellent and significantly better than I have found elsewhere. The ordering process is clear, straightforward and always works…which is a rarer phenomenon than you might imagine. I would unhesitatingly recommend Boostworks to anyone looking to make genuine savings on a wide range of products and services.

Excellent customer service. Easy to get through to a human on the phone. The customer rep sorted my requests immediately on the phone and then followed up by email the same day to confirm.

I’ve used the Boostworks/Faircare scheme for many years and it has always been very good with money saving deals. However I’ve noticed a significant drop off in the cost savings you get on the deals and many of the reloadable cards are now obsolete.

Great to get cashback, but it would be useful to see what the balance on gift cards is - I'm worried that I might delete a card that still has credit.

Took payment - no voucher yet!
Took payment 72 hrs or so ago - still no voucher!
In 2025, what more technology they need to credit or issue a voucher after the payment is authorised by both banks (merchant and card issuer). All they need to have is an electronic giftcard number to attach to attach the top up/credit amount. Or does a postman need to knock on the door? In my view, it is illegal as well as criminal to hold on to someone's money when this business is already charging a service fee for their tech......If you cannot deliver a service within 24 hrs, do not charge the card, simple!...The whole world issues gift vouchers in seconds, so shameful & deplorable your service standards. First and last time - I won't use/recommend them again.

Misleading advertising and pricing
I was directed to use Rhino Car Hire for my trip to USA using my employee ‘benefits’ portal adminstrated by Boostworks.
The website is misleading and provides inaccurate prices that Rhino are unable to honour. Boostworks claimed I was getting 20% discount which was incorrect as also obtained quotation direct from Rhino Hire and the total price same.
When I was directed to Rhino I clearly input the correct details such as pick up and drop off destination and Rhino website confirmed 'total price' and coverage such as fuel to fuel, excess waiver etc. When proceeding the price practically doubled and then started requesting 'add-ons'.
I provided the URL link for my purchase and they said it was incorrect and not working. I copy and pasted the URL into an alternative internet browser, ensuring I have cleared all cookies and cache, and the link opened with all my information.
Avoid both companies.

Extremely disappointed
I logged into my account to find my cashback had expired. I contacted customer care and was informed that if I don't use my cashback within twelve months then it's void. What a con! I wasn't made aware of this when I purchased vouchers through Boostworks site. I was building up my cashback to withdraw once I'd reached a certain amount. I will never use their platform again.

£1300 on a scam
I bought a £1300 airline gift instant voucher under Boostworks’ promise of a 6.5% cashback with incredibly confusing and jargon rich T&Cs (listed on the AirlineGift website). To redeem I was directed to the airline gift website, which turns out you can only book flights using their platform which are listed as £500 more expensive (for a 2hr flight), not including baggage (with no option to add that option). Reviews of AirlineGift are riddled with stories of appalling customer service and fraudulent activity, why are Boostworks touting this? On a previous occasion on confusing T&Cs Boostworks refused to process a refund and their menu system for this transaction lists a no refund policy also, so I’m pursuing a refund via my credit card company and I’m considering reporting to trading standards and/ or money saving expert. Boostworks really need reconsider their refund policy for transactions made under unclear Ts&Cs

None receipt of order
I placed a digital voucher order today at 11:56 and it is now 22:25 and despite being charged I have not received the voucher. I have requested a refund because the voucher was needed today. Boostworks have not replied to my request for a refund. I will be contacting my employer asking them to review the contract because money is being taken and vouchers not issued. This is not the first time the has happened so I would seriously consider other firms before signing up to Boostworks.

Appalling Customer Service
You've asked me to leave a Trustpilot review after my "positive response" after you "dealt with my enquiry". Firstly you have yet to respond in any way to my query and secondly I have not left a positive review - this is the first opportunity I have had to comment. Still you asked for a Trustpilot review so here it is: Boostworks does not respond to any complaint you might make, makes false statements that you have left a positive review and then expects to be congratulated through a Trustpilot Review. In summary APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Removing my Reloadable Cards
Told today that they are removing most of my reloadable cards. Their patetic excuse boils down to "use instant vouchers, they are more convienient" - what a load of BS, they are not more convienient at all, you have to keep buying them, and either print them, or use your phone. Newsflash - we dont all base our lives around a damn phone. An Auto reloaded card is FAR MORE convienient to use. Seems little reason to use them any more, I can get discounts on gift vouchers from multiple other places.
