Registering with Boom for my car insurance was pretty straightforward. The premium was competitive, about £15 a month less than what I was paying before so made sense.
It was smooth process and things were clearly explained.Best thing they have B app and quick customer support you don't have to wait for hours to speak to human .

Just get "no agents are available" and told to email (which they also don't respond to) - edit post boom reply: this is the first contact I have had from them (on this website of all places) seems they care when it's public.
