Easy and straight forward

Vorsicht; ich denke, dass Bookstaygo Internetseiten von Hotels "missbrauchen" könnte! Ich buchte meines Erachtens direkt über die HP des Ramada und erhielt auch ein Feedback zur Buchung, die der des Ramada täuschend ähnlich sieht! Tatsächlich habe ich aber wohl unbewusst über diesen Anbieter "Bookstaygo" gebucht. Ärgerlich, da ich keine Rechnung bekam und die Übernachtungen gut 120 € teurer waren, als wenn ich tatsächlich direkt im Hotel gebucht hätte. Dies war eine Täuschungshandlung und ich werde nun meine Anwälte beauftragen! Vorsicht!!!

Tout était très bien, accueil réception, chambre impeccable, petit déjeuner très bien.

Room just right. Clean, tidy, and right facilities. All staff - desk staff, serving/ kitchen staff, and cleaning team, very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very beautiful and the rooms had amazing views and were very comfortable.

The lounge and bar were fantastic, the dining room has spectacular views of the mountain. The pianist was lovely and chatty and played very well. The lounge has board games for children/families and a nice outdoor balcony area for evening drinks.

The staff were friendly and polite and very welcoming.

Only the food was a bit hit and miss and it would have been lovely if room service was available in the morning (even just tea and coffee) or a bit later for dessert.

We will definitely be back.

These people mislead. The cabin they put forward in the photo did not in any manner represent the cabin provided. On top of that the charged me double the property delivered, real rate. To call them in order to reconcile is to be hung up on, ignored or consumed by AI designed to thwart a remedy. The positive reviews here are about the property, these people are a 3rd party agency. Please don’t be fooled like I was.

Booking was easy, price was affordable. The location was great!
Staff were very friendly and professional, our room was clean, tidy, functional and the beds were very comfortable, we all had a great sleep.

Simple clair et rapide

I recently made a booking to stay at Holiday Inn Express - I thought I was making the booking direct with Hi, but on confirmation, it appears the reservation was made with Bookstaygo, who I was not familiar with and hadn't initially chosen to make my booking.

I received a confirmation email with the barest of information - just a confirmation number and no customer receipt for the amount paid. I also noted that the rate paid was not reflective of the rate displayed earlier in my enquiry.

I completed my stay and asked for an invoice at the hotel to be told I would have to contact my booking provider.

Well, after 4 requests for an invoice/receipt, I am no further forward and with no avenue to actually speak to anyone from Book stay go as they operate an online dialogue box which never appears to be answered.

I work in a senior role in the UK travel industry and my customer journey with Book stay go has been extremely frustrating.

It is appalling service and probably illegal not to supply a customer receipt in lieu of funds paid, or charge a higher price than was originally quoted. I am giving serious considering reporting Book stay go to the Competition and Markets Authority if my query is not resolved to my satisfaction in the coming 7 days.

Based on my own experience, I would not recommend Book stay go.

Solo deseo decirles que son ustedes unos indeseables. Aprovechan de forma maligna la confusión para parecer que haces la reserva en el hotel directamente e intermedian de forma abusiva pensando solo en su enriquecimiento sin ofrecer absolutamente nada a cambio.
- El precio de booking era 84.-€. –
- El precio de la reserva directa en el Hotel Santos 81.-€-15% .
- Su precio por nada 104.-€.
Les deseo lo peor.

Espero que como mínimo me envíen la factura que les he solicitado. En la reserva.
