I ordered these books and never received them!!!! I would love a refund or send me my books!!! I would not give them any stars!!!

This is a total rip off
Paid a discounted price but received nothing!!

Ordered the canning books for 4.99. Well, attempted. It was to include two books of herbal remedies. However, there was about 7+ continuing pages before submitting on "Do you want this?" Or " Do you want that?" added on afterwards. If you didn't take the initial offer, they slashed it to 9.99. I clicked "No thanks" each time when I could find it, as they did a good job hiding it, making the add on button easier to click on. Afterwards, I find the 4.99 charge, which is fine, that's what I wanted, but then also charged another "29.97" for something I didn't want. Disputing and filing with FTC for deceptive marketing.

I saw their add in facebook for the book of remedies for $9 after cashing out there's another offer for $19.99 for another set of book but they charged twice on credit card. I email them seems email they have in website is invalid.

I called my bank they said i had to contact the merchant first the problem is they don't have a customer service line when i sent an email the email address says invalid email add. That's what it shows in website i just copy and paste the whole email add nothing it's frustrating 😑

Anyone who thinks they are buying a 50 book encyclopedia set in hard back for $3.40 and not an ebook regardless of the photos is an idiot.

Absolutely bull crap company they scam people out of their money. There is no mention of them being digital books and when you contact customer service they give you a hard time on wanting your money back. They say that it stated they were digital in there terms and conditions section which you can't find on there site to read before buying. And their site states a 60 days money back guarantee that they won't honor. Crappy service all around. DO NOT BUY, SCAMMERS!!!

No mention of ebooks. Pictures of actual books on site. Overcharged.

Purchased 2 books but was charged for a 3rd book @ $29.99. I sent an email requesting a refund on the book that I didn't order. In the same email, I notified them that I couldn't open the rar file. I was sent another link that I could open but no mention of the refund. I've since submitted another request.

Same as other comments, I wish I had read first! They show physical books, they reply to facebook thread questions about shipping saying free shipping in US and $9.99 anywhere else in the world. Books are printed in the US.
As I was clicking through the options, it automatically charged my credit card with no double check for authorization. I didn't receive a summary of order.
Luckily since they quickly charged the credit card, my bank was alerted and they blocked the 3rd charge.
I did get the download for the first set as a zip file. The second set came as an .rar file which I don't know how to open - seems to be some kind of video file.

Scam. No confirmation email. No link to download books. No answer from bookslibraryworld.com and shopveloce.com is "unavailable" can I give negative stars?

What a scam! The "owner" emailed me after I told them to stop scamming. They're still trying to charge my bank account for products I never purchased. My banks about to report it, so be weary yall.. they won't send you books and don't open the Google docs with the "books" you'll get malware.

Definitely a scam. No mention of ebooks anywhere, shows photos of customers looking through actual books with photos of plants, but the ebooks that you download are just full of waffle, no real substance to any of it and NO photos/illustrations. Its all just cleverly constructed lies and one BIG scam to get your hard-earnt money.

They got back to me and said they didn't receive my address so I tried to give it to them but no answer and no physical books. This is a big scam

The sponsored ad had a sale. I bought a couple collections, and before buying I looked a the details of the page and no where did it say e-book, but it did say "prints in the US" and "free shipping in the US" the pictures showed people holding their books. I got an email saying that my ebooks link will be emailed and I responded back saying i want a refund, that is not what I ordered. The response was rude, sarcastic and deamening. They blocked me on FB as well. They are refusing to understand that their adverstisement was fraudelent and misleading

They are a scam! I paid for hard copy books they sent PDF! Very very upset!

This is a SCAM! I am so disappointed that Facebook would allow it! I can not get a response to the 3 charges on my credit card OR the false advertising of physical books and receiving an email with links to digital books. The 3 charges are in different amounts for upgrades that I declined and the digital books email shows the first set that I chose.

Big time scam! The fraudsters charged my card twice even though I only ordered the set of 6 hard copy, physical books. And it was much more than the USD9 they're blatantly advertising, more like USD30 twice over. Next thing I know, the scammers sent me pdf links. They also blocked me on Facebook when I called them out on it. I got the last laugh though since my bank disputed the charges for me and I was refunded.

Paid for 6 hardbound books. Once I got to the end of the purchase it said "unable to take payment" but then I got an email saying I received eBooks by them. There wasn't anything about receiving eBooks. I've contacted the company multiple times about this. They said they can give me the real books but depending on "who it is" they say it will be 9 dollars to 16 to get the real books. I asked if that includes all 6 books and got the reply that I have never shopped with them before. Taking it up with my bank.

I was intrigued by the content and understood I was purchasing a hard copy book. I never received any documentation. I clicked NO for the upsells and, when I followed up with Discover on some charges from ShopVeloce, found I was charged for the upsells as well. I did not receive any emails so I was unaware this was a digital product until ShopVeloce finally returned my call after I placed a dispute with Discover. Discover will take care of me but don’t do businesses with these people. At best, they place misleading ads at worse they are scammers. I vote for the latter.

Falsely leads you to believe you will receive books through mail, only to be left with ebooks. I bought several bundles and will never use ebooks. I have emailed them demanding a refund for being scammed. Hopefully I will get a reply back soon with refund information.
