Scam! I ordered books, not so digital download. Have not access and downloads and cannot get a refund. Terrible site. Do Not trust this site

Placed order for physical book, including charge for shipping. A digital product was emailed with promise that the physical book would be shipped shortly. That was one month ago. Opened paypal dispute.

I ordered the Natural Healing Handbook & 2 bonuses on the 21st of November 2025. After 2 weeks I contacted the seller and requested a refund after I read the review and because I didn't receive a update from the seller and no delivery of the books. On the 4th of January the seller send a digital link and said the books are on their way as soon as they are back in stock. The seller is refusing a refund. I am not interested in a digital link and I have not made any use of the link. I wanted the physical books. I don't think that I ever will receive the books and the seller is just wasting time hoping that I give up. The replies are standard messages and no individual customer service is provided.

I order books with this company in November 2025 and paid extra for fast shipping. As of Jan 2026 I have not received my order. When I write them all I get is an email saying that they will get back to me within 24-48 hours which as never happened. Stay away from them for they will steal your money..

These people are just scammers. Couldn't get my money back. Kept saying they were out of books I ordered. Do not buy from these theives

Says he will send and then never does...buyer beware.
I had s claim with PayPal and then said if I cancelled the claim it was ready to send.never sent....shame on you!

Like many others I succumbed to the facebook (online)advertisement offering three booking including the Natural Healing Handbook for $19.95USD.
Being the bigger fool, I clicked on the purchase URL and got $ fried immediately, whilst no transaction records or receipt arrived at my email address.
I checked my bank account and bingo, $71.88 siphoned from my account straight away.
Others on Trust Pilot have complained about only receiving ebook copies. If you did, you are the luck ones! I got nothing for my $71.88.
Yes, absolutely I have chased up the story repeatedly with our good friend Daniel Begum and have sadly come to the conclusion that I am talking to an AI generated robot. One with all the excuses under the sun and no intention to deliver or reparation of funds lost.

I believe this is the same company: Daniel Begum from book world library. I bought Mediterranean Diet for Seniors +two bonuses and an Anti-inflammatory Cookbook hard copies online around the 6/10/25 and only received a link for 3 PDF downloads which I might add were all in black and white except the covers, which I didn’t order as I ordered the hard copies. After quite a few emails to him asking when the hard copies would arrive and not getting an indication of a date or tracking number, I raised a dispute with PayPal. They immediately issued a refund as I am a longstanding client with them. The seller had the audacity to claim that I had received the order which I hadn’t. I rang PayPal and informed them that I had only received the PDF’s which were 99% was in black and white and I had since deleted the online copies from my device. They added notes to my dispute and informed me that if they receive enough complaints against this seller, that he will not be able to use their services anymore. I use PayPal for 98% of my online purchases as they have buyer protection and I steer away from online buying if they don’t have PayPal unless a proven trusted source.

I wouldn’t even give it one star but there was no option for zero stars. This company is a scam as I ordered a book advertised on Facebook from the on 15th November. The only communication has been to say my books are being processed and in spite of two emails I’ve sent them asking them to give more details on when I could expect to receive them I’ve had no return emails. I will never buy from a site advertising on Facebook again as they obviously don’t do any checks on the companies advertising to make sure they are a legitimate company. The books I’m referring to were the Mediterranean cookbook for seniors plus two bonus books. Sure I received a digital version too but I wasn’t interested in that. Who wants to read and scroll through recipes on their phone? Not me, that’s why I ordered the hard copy. So many similar reviews for this book from this fake company. Your parents must be so proud of you for scamming people.

I ordered in August 2025 the Mediterranean Diet for Seniors & two bonuses books all paid for I did not receive a hard copy only online version. I wanted a hard copy which I thought I had ordered. When I contacted Daniel he assured me these books were on backorder and would be sent as soon as the were made. All a bunch of bull. I am not getting any books. DO NOT ORDER THESE BOOKS.

False advertising, picture of product advertised does not even remotely reflect what is sent to you digitally and nor are you advised it is digital in the first place! When making enquiries you receive stock standard response to email no matter how many times you send it and don’t address the issues or answer questions but merely respond that no refund is provided to digital downloads as part of their policy. Complete SCAM!!! How do Instagram and Facebook not wipe from their very powerful platforms????

I ordered on 01-11-25, Mediterranean diet for seniors +2 bonuses.it’s nearly one month since then ,but no books an money was taken,and no books 📚 what a scam or not don’t know but would be nice to receive what I paid for or money back.I suppose I was not the only one to be taken advantage and wouldn’t be the last.

Do not buy from this company.. I ordered books from him in October and have not received them yet(nov 222025) he keeps saying that they are being processed, threatened a law suit because of a fraudulent dispute from him…he is a SCAM!

I agree they are a scam The company I ordered from says it is bookworldlibrary...pretty sure it is the same company because it sure has the same m.o. I ordered books (Mediterranean diet) on Oct 1, 2025. Never heard another word. I messaged and got canned replies saying someone would contact me... never did. Opened a PayPal dispute and immediately got a letter threatening legal action. Communicated via PayPal, they claimed to have sent digital copy ... never did. The threat letter said the books were available but were now held up because of the dispute. I still don't have the books(they keep telling me they are waiting for more to be printed...what happened to the ones ready to ship?). From the comments here I see others have had the same experience. The only place I have had any communication is through the PayPal dispute.Just send the books!!! PS it is now Nov 22!

Stay away from this company at all costs!
Charged for 3 physical books & priority freight. No books received. Email requesting ETA only to be told they are digital books. Requested refund and told because they supplied digital books, which i did not order, my money could not be refunded.
After over 2 months, i lodged a dispute with my bank and they are processing refund.
Received email from Daniel Begum threatening legal action if i did not withdraw my dispute.
Dispute is proceeding and i hope my financial institution blacklists all transactions with this company!

Can confirm scam. Never received physical books, only digital links. Should have checked beforehand.

This site is a total SCAM! I did not want to give them even 1 star. Their Facebook post shows 3 Physical Books with absolutely no mention of anything digital. I ordered these books based purely upon the Facebook post for my Mom who does not use the computer. Not only that, when I tried opening the digital books so that I could make copies for my Mom, the links did not work. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

No books ,excuses and finally realized i got scammed !! have to double check before i buy! really sad. 😔

I got scammed I ordered 2 sets of books and never received them. Ordered them on Sept.1st. Called the # and there is no such #.
They said to download but you can't.
Have a dispute with my cc company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
