ordered on 9 15 2025 this is 9 25 2025 still no books

Falsely advertised the books I ended up grabbing the bundle BIG MISTAKE they never stated anything about a e-book when I emailed them about my hard copies they responded with we're working on getting more printed up no physical copies available at the moment so I contacted PayPal to file a dispute and this company has the nerve to threaten to file a suit for breach of contract unless I withdrew my dispute this is unbelievable for a company to do because the request of a refund for a book they never received and u stated wasn't available. Ironically soon as I filed the dispute they immediately Sent me an email stating my book is ready to be shipped but they can't release it until I pull my dispute what a joke BIG SCAM

Thought they were hard copy books when I ordered. Ordered , paid then page went blank. Where are the e books Need the actual books or a full refund. Offer Too good to be true

got scammed , thought they were real books, ordered 4 in the set offered, but paid for 2 sets, being a nice fellow , one was for a friend, paypal is worthless with this problem, plus i never got even the digital 4th little book i paid twice for, cnuts

Totally deceptive advertising. Pictured a set of 3 books. Ordered and paid for express post. Find that the books are sent digitally. Asked for clarification via the suggested email, then contacted the return email as directed. Stated that they do not have a refund policy, due to digital book system. A total SCAM. How are they allowed to get away with this very deliberate form of advertising, and then NO RETURN POLICY. I did not download the digital format. This company is getting away with deceiving people and fob you off with generic email sites, so no action taken. Facebook also needs to take some responsibility for this, as they have been many other issues with this company, it seems. Daniel BEGUN books also pushes you to the same site for enquiries, so no avail ie refund to some LISA email ?????

I ordered a book on June 29, 2025. I received no confirmation or updates. After contacting the company 3 times I started a claim with PayPal. The company then said it was a digital book and I had received the link which I had not. Then they said if I wanted a physical copy to delete my PayPal claim. Which , like an idiot, I did. This book was advertised on Facebook. I did not do due diligence so I got scammed. Do not deal with this company.

Ordered a book over 5 weeks ago nothing received sent 3 messages no reply at all. Beginning to think the company is a scam. Don’t buy anything b from them!

Should have done more research on google before just trusting the fact the seller was protected by PayPal.

Stay away from this company at ALL costs! I paid for books that were never received. When confronted, they claimed the books were sent. This was an expensive lesson in being scammed.
I ordered though Facebook and paid with PayPal and nether were of any help either to resolve this matter.

I ordered Crochet books I have not received my books. I have not reached a refund. Very dissatisfied. Never shopped from them before. I ordered them on February 27th still no response. I paid $27. I know it's not much, but it's a lot for me.

They employ false advertising. Nowhere on their “site” does it state the books you ordering are downloads and not physical copies. When contacted they refuse to refund the money. Have reported them to PayPal and the BBB but I fear I’m out the money. Stay away from them.

I purchased one digital book for $9.99. Of course this is one of those awful purchases where you have to click through about ten pages of other offers just to check out. I picked “no” for each additional offer. Then I was charged $29.99 for an additional book that I did not agree too. I tried to get a refund and couldn’t even get anyone.
Then I found out today that they have been charging me $24.90/month for some bogus subscription that I never agreed to, never received any email confirmation of, and never even got anything about.
Furthermore, that charge goes to some shell company called “themonderaofferstore.com” and I was only able to get in touch with them by the phone number listed on the BBB. It’s one huge scam!stay far far away.
Also - the “digital books” (if you can call dozens of separate PDF files that) are really horribly formatted and super lame. Supposedly you’re getting multiple actual digital books - they’re really just a bunch of PDF files that are basically one chapter each and I received a lot of duplicates. The format is terrible and doesn’t read well on my kindle. There are no covers for them so they just look like dozens of PDF’s bogging down my kindle library.
I sincerely regret ever finding this company and I will likely never download anything digital form anyone but Kindle again after this experience.

I was charged on my debit card today and I never signed up for this subscription. I don't even remember purchasing anything from this website. I would like a refund immediately!!! I was charged once for one ebook that they claimed was a handbook months ago and they charged me $25 instead of 9.99. Then charged my card again from another site today for 24.90 COMPLETELY A BIG SCAM!!

Ordered what they advertise as a physical book for $9.90. Went through all the extra stuff they try to sell you clicking "no thanks". They charged me another $29.97 for 75 more books. Turns out they were all ebooks, even though there was no mention of ebooks or choice given between ebooks or physical books. I emailed immediately to get a "guaranteed" refund. Was told because they sent the links for the ebooks, They could not give a refund. For more money they would ship physical books. I said they weren't getting anymore money from me.

Then on July 21st, this same company charged my card another $24.90 and I received nothing for it. When trying to contact them to find out why, I received no response. I have tried several times emailing and calling the number that shows for them on my bank statement.

They are a total rip off using 2 names.

Complete scam, lied about their product, wouldn't honor their money back guarantee on purchase page, double charged, and had no customer support.

Everything about this company is the worst. I wish I could give negative stars.
